Wow! I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Sarno and family. From the second I walked in, everyone made me feel super comfortable and welcome. The office is clean and has a really relaxing vibe--which definitely helps when you're not exactly excited to be at the dentist! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Sarno for about 2 years now, after moving to Florida from out of state. After one visit we immediately recommended him to my parents, as well. We all agree that Dr. Sarno is the best dentist we've ever had. Dr. Sarno and his staff were incredibly rude to me to the point I felt very uncomfortable. He had me come there under the pretenses he would be able to make a mold for my crown. Then he said I had to come back and he wanted to charge me more than quoted on the phone and wanted to set up a treatment plan. I told him I dont want a treatment plan for a crown and that I did not have time to come back for a 30 minute mold. They were incredibly hostile towards me. read more

I use to goto Dr Sarno in Palm City. Switched dentist when he left and went to Sage dental, big mistake. I switched insurance just so I can go back to Dr Sarno in Jupiter. I drive 45 min from PSL to to use him. He is the most personable dentist and makes you feel relaxed. He will not perform procedures that you don't need. read more

** EDITED TO ADDRESS OWNERS RESPONSE** Let me start by saying as a consumer, I have the right to write a review and it be honest and reflective of MY experience. I have the right to do so without receiving numerous phone calls by the dentist as I did late last night with a sick sleeping child next to me. The purpose of writing a review is to share my experience on side** I appreciate the Doctors professionalism and not wanting to breach HIPAA by sharing my details but, I am transparent - I am a recovered drug addict with years of sobriety and thus my teeth and gums had been affected by years of opioid abuse. I also had neglected my mouth and not gone to the dentist for many years prior to seeing Dr. Sarno and his office was fantastic in taking me ASAP when a problem presented itself and I was in tremendous pain. That was NEVER an issue. They are wonderful people and he is a good dentist that is gentle with cleanings and such. My issue and complaint and utter dissatisfaction is plain as day - I went to him with a messy situation and an infected tooth and I flat out asked "Am I a candidate for an implant"? His answer was quick and direct "NO, you are not as there is inadequate bone to hold it".. This was inaccurate and quite frankly unprofessional, and in my opinion with some greed to keep my case in house. After the crap bridge Sarno put in my mouth caused so many problems and discomfort and also RUINED TWO MORE TEETH in my mouth that were perfectly fine, I am in the process of having an implant placed, I have had cadaver bone put in that grew beautifully and all is fine and feels and looks great. Now I also asked Dr. Sarno if I could have all my old silver fillings removed and replaced with porcelain - another hard NO from him telling me that the teeth would crumble if he tried to pull out the fillings. Well, they have been removed by a cosmetic surgeon and replaced with the white natural looking fillings I desired and look and feel great and bonus = there were cavities in each one that needed attention and thus preserving the health of my teeth. Dr. Sarno - I NEVER said or indicated I didn't walk into your office with pre-existing issues and that I was a hard case. What I did say is that YOU FAILED TO REFER ME TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF CARE - kept me in house and did the work yourself, work that was shotty and caused a lot more problems for me. I DID come to you each and every time there was a problem or discomfort as a direct result of your work and you did offer to fix it but, you were incapable of fixing it and when all finally went down hill and the bridge you placed less than a year prior failed again and now ruined another tooth causing an infection - you offered to do whatever you could to fix it, anything but, give the money back for the bridge that should have lasted a minimum of 10 years. While, my mouth was not in great shape when I came to you - It could have been a lot lot worse, lets not pretend my case was soooooo bad. What it was was outside what you are capable of working with and you should have recognized that and referred me out and you could have avoided a negative review and surely kept me as a patient with referrals for cleaning and such. read more

I recently saw Dr. Sarno for the first time. He runs his practice with the assistance of his brother Lou, who assists him in providing dental cleaning and in the lab, and Gloria, his receptionist. Dr. Sarno cleans his patients' teeth himself instead of passing you off to a hygienist. He is a very professional dentist who is a perfectionist when it comes to getting the patient's teeth clean. He is also very friendly and empathetic. He explains what he is doing and he asks you how you are feeling. He charged me a reasonable self-pay rate. And Lou cleaned and polished my retainers at no additional cost to me. I had an excellent experience and I plan to see Dr. Sarno again. read more
