Great service. We been going to Dr Vogel for years. He's repaired several crowns other "dental mills" have installed. Highly recommended.

Recently had a broken tooth removed by Dr. Wolfrom at the Burns Street location. Everything about…read morethe practice was professional, efficient, and friendly. I might also add patient, as there was a lengthy delay in getting needed medical information from another doctor I see, and the front office was very patient and friendly. The doctor is very pleasant, professional and efficient, and also has an excellent sense of humor. His RN/assistant is the same. The web site is easy to use, and the new patient forms are easy to access online, and are very, very thorough. By the afternoon after my morning procedure I received a follow up call from the office to see how I was doing, and to review one or two things I had questioned in the written follow up instructions. All in all there is nothing that I would change in the way the Dr. and his staff run their practice.

First of all - 1st impressions are lasting impressions. I arrived on time and found the office to…read morebe excellent - I was met by Dr. Wolfroms staff. They were professional and answered all of my questions. I then went to the operating room - I was treated very well and again going over the procedure and if I had any questions. Dr. Wolfrom gave me all of the details before the process began. This is my first visit - I have follow up appointments scheduled. Looking forward to his expertise and fixing the issues with my Teeth. Thank you in advance and appreciate your team. First Class

I would advise people who need expensive procedures done to get pre-authorizations from your…read moreinsurance company before getting the procedure. Dr. Gaeta recommended and performed a procedure that my insurance company ultimately denied and then his office billed me almost 12 months later. What I would have paid if the claim was approved versus what they are charging me now is five times more expensive. Why did Dr. Gaeta recommend a procedure that two consulting dentists with the insurance company did not think was warranted? That's alarming. In the end the patient is who gets screwed over even though all they did was follow the advice of the dentist. Update after response from Dr. Gaeta: Obviously you don't treat insurance companies. However you still recommended a procedure that two consulting dentists working for the insurance company determined was unnecessary after you filed an appeal. You received the claim denial letter from the insurance company in October of 2025 and yet your office didn't contact me about collecting payment until September of 2026; 11 months later. To top it off the insurance company assuming they would've approved the claim would have only allowed your office to charge ~$130 for the procedure when you charge $880 without insurance which is absolutely ridiculous. Bottom line is it's the dentist's responsibility to draft a treatment plan based on clear, concise and concrete evidence so the insurance company cannot deny a claim; patients do not create treatment plans. There was never any discussion during my visits about whether or not a procedure would be or would not be covered by my insurance company. I put 100% of my trust in you and 11 months later you let me down and want to charge me many times more than my insurance would allow if they approved the claim. So yeah I'm not super happy about the situation. IMO an excellent dentist would not suggest any procedures that may not be covered by insurance without explicitly informing the patent of that potentiality. I was never informed. Had I been informed I wouldn't have agreed to having the procedure.

I would advice others to proceed carefully I had a…read moreconcerning experience at this dental office. I was told I had multiple cavities that needed immediate treatment. Wanting to be cautious, I sought a second opinion from another dentist, who found no cavities and did not recommend the same procedures. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unsure about the original diagnosis. I recommend that patients consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to extensive dental work and don't trust this dentist

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I waited over two months for this appointment, and when…read moreI said they "made me wait," they actually told me that wording was offensive and that I should say they "didn't have availability." That alone says a lot about their priorities. They had my insurance information for over two months and told me it was run on the 9th. Yet on the 17th, after taking my daughter back and doing X-rays, they told me the consultation wasn't covered. Why wasn't I told before the appointment? They also wanted me to handwrite authorization for someone else to make medical and financial decisions for my daughter as I was unable to take her and had a family friend, all forms were already filed out via online. They insisted it was "just a formality." I had to push back repeatedly before we reached a reasonable arrangement. Poor communication, unnecessary hassle, and extremely unprofessional handling of the entire situation. I would not recommend this office.

It's rare to find experienced dentists that can still smile and make you feel at ease. The procedure was painless before and after. The office is very clean and professional, (unlike my last dentist) so I am transferring my records to make Orange my new dentist today.
