I remember the awful pain and discomfort associated with every dental visit, it was sheer torture! Now, at age 68 I have a mouth full of serious problems resulting in infection and a face so swollen and distorted that I required immediate care. I recently moved to the Jupiter, Fl area and did extensive research of Dentists in the area, choosing Dr. Villalobos out of a large field of Dentists. After reading his reviews and studying his web site I had a gut feeling that he was the Dentist for me. (my gut feelings are usually right) Dr. Villalobos and his staff are incredibly wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and remedied the infected tooth problem, the pain is gone! They have addressed the other problems and have laid out a plan of action to end all of my teeth problems at my pace! Every visit to Dr. Villalobos's office is easier knowing that I am in good hands and the visit will not end in pain! I now have nothing but praise for the Doctor AND his entire staff. Dr. Villalobos is not just a great Dentist, he's also a great person as is his entire staff. They are good people who genuinely care for your well being. Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked. I have already referred a close friend, and I am sure she will keep the trend after she visits with Dr. M and his team. I have not been so optimistic on my oral health in a long time. He worked with me over time so I did not have to do much at once but prioritized based on my requests, and did not try to just get money out of my wallet, but actually take care of my teeth. They are adding certain procedures to your bill that are not covered by the insurance with no prior notification. Also, when providing them clearly via email the new insurance cards we were told that we are in network with the exact same coverage. Yet, we were billed for over $500 after the cleaning and exam. They are not owning their own mistakes no matter how much you talk to them. We called and checked after emailing the new cards and were assured that we are all set. They can reply all they want to this review, they were wrong, and they are wrongfully billing customers for extra financial gains. This office has my only negative review I write in my life, and it is well deserved. Shame on them!
