Of course they magically had an opening to do the prep that same visit, but not for a cleaning. $$$ for the work vs $ for the cleaning. They act like they are doing you a favor. On top of that they do ridiculous tests and x-rays that are not covered by insurance. For my child's visit: $115 for fluoride $46 for oral hygiene instructions $129 for a saliva sample (wtf?) $400 x-rays that are not covered And for the wisdom teeth to come out even though there are no roots and they are not affecting her teeth. If you still choose to go after reading this- get a second opinion. Another corporate practice just looking for money.
