I insisted that I had scheduled this appointment specifically for a cleaning and they were able to "find" a hygienist with availability and hurriedly clean my teeth while I was still there. Despite all this, everyone was friendly and professional. The office is nice and clean and there was plenty of parking. It's conveniently located off of I95 and PGA/RCA. Even though it felt rushed, my cleaning was thorough and I will probably go back when I'm due for cleaning again. As a new patient - I would recommend you confirm if you're getting just an exam/X-rays or if you're getting a cleaning too. Seems ridiculous to come twice but that would have happened had I not said anything.

Booking appointments was a breeze and they are big on sending reminders by calling as well as emails and texts. I was greeted each time the moment I walked in the door like they knew me. Dr. Lerner and Dr. Lemongello are excellent dentists with many years of experience. In fact, they travel around the country for seminars teaching up and coming dentists everything they need to know. I believe I have finally found the one. Dr. Benson and his office staff were all very kind and respectful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The staff returned my calls almost immediately and got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Benson will truly listen to all of your questions and take extra time making sure you feel comfortable and understand everything. His personality is also just amazing. He lights up the room when he walks in. If you're someone like me, who has felt anxiety about going to the dentist, having a provider who is a happy & caring dentist will change your whole experience. All of the fees and billing were made very clear from the beginning with no mysterious fees added afterward. In fact, I ended up paying less than originally quoted. Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked. I have already referred a close friend, and I am sure she will keep the trend after she visits with Dr. M and his team. I have not been so optimistic on my oral health in a long time.
