I had work done on my car in April and for the last 8-months my car's alignment has been off. After my car got returned to me, I drove back THE NEXT DAY with concerns over vibrations in my steering wheel, yet Tod inspected my car in the parking lot and sent me on my way. Spoke to Tod yesterday, who then spoke to his boss, and even after explaining the details and what the dealership said about the damages, they are refusing to do anything to fix their mistake. I had an estimate prepared by Tyler for my Subaru as the dealership referred me to them. He was very friendly. His estimate was $1926.38 with an after market brake light. I sent him the highest estimate I had from Watson Chevrolet with all OEM parts for $1858.35 and another quote also with all OEM parts for 1689.60. I liked the place and called him to request a price match as I was paying out of pocket. He refused to budge on his estimate. I told him that if we went through my insurance, they would want to negotiate and he started by saying that I'd have to pay the labor rate differences etc, implying that he wouldn't accept their estimate. This is my reason for the one star. Other people have rave reviews about him. May be he felt slighted when I showed him the other estimates and he realized that he wasn't even in the ball park. read more

They handled the insurance company, got it done ahead of schedule, and did a FANTASTIC job - the vehicle looks like the day we drove it off the lot (except for the stains my messy kids left in the back seat - our fault)! The place is a great body shop. They are reasonably priced and they do a great job. Have worked with them before and they always make it work with insurance, whether your car has been crashed or vandalized. Your car will come out looking as if never ever happened. I have used them once and my friends have used them multiple times. They work off the insurance estimate and are always able to get supplements from the insurance company since they make sure everything gets fixed. My Passat was keyed recently and I had my brother take it to them and it came out looking sparkling. The painted the entire side, and bumper, and the color matches perfectly from the pictures I have seen after the repair. They do a lot of high end cars. I have seen Porches, Lambos and other exotics come in here after a crash. Highly recommend them. read more

When our Lexus got hit a couple years ago, we took it to the dealer and were unimpressed with the results.
