Edit: The manager is working with me on this issue. I will update when resolved, after the new year. I was rearended and couldn't get my tool bag out of the car when I dropped it off. I told them it was there but that I didn't need it. I picked my car up after over a month of being repaired and my tool bag was gone. They refuse to help me out at all. They are thieves and considering Daniel Gonzalez was told it was there, it may have even been him that took it. He dodged calling me back for 3 days and then was very rude and had all sorts of excuses with absolutely no help. read more

Chapman collision is the best! After I got in a hit and run, chapman got me in right away. They always kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. And they were so helpful from the time I walked in the door to the time I picked up my vehicle. And you can't notice a difference of my vehicle like I was never in an accident. The paint match is superb! I will always choose Chapman collision. Update: when I left, I noticed my trunk window rattle. After I inspected it, I noticed it had been pulled apart and chapman tried to shove it back together but bent the tabs. I took it back and was told they didn't do it but they fixed it out of "courtesy". It still rattles and the entire plastic piece around my window won't connect. Not to mention they kept my 3rd row seatbelt. Ugh, now I have to pay more money to fix what they broke and stole. read more

Vehicle took more than 7 months, for the initial repair. when returned the vehicle was not clean, there were material defects remaining, including paint and body work deficiencies. This included, non-accident related scratches and burned seatbelt, while in their hands. The second time, the vehicle was mainly repaired and clean, but glass and tint deficiencies still being present. This is compounded, with nearly no communication, and numerous missed deadlines. even two months, after the second delivery, there are still incomplete repairs, as noted above. Although, the only true Honda repair facility, in Tucson, would strongly recommend taking your vehicle to another repair facility. read more

Our family was rear ended July 7th in Our Kia Sorento. We took the vehicle to Chapman Collision on speedway because it was our insurance company's preferred shop. My wife also works for our insurance company. So we'd heard so many great experiences revolving a estimator named Megan. Within an hour of the accident there was a rental car waiting for us. Megan was assigned to our vehicle. We were kept up to date with all detained and repairs. If there was a delay on parts we were informed immediately. Repairs are not static and there are things that come up during the repair process. Our family was given regular updates so we could plan accordingly. When the time came to pick up our vehicle, Megan had our car running with the AC on so we could transfer our small children back to our vehicle. Our insurance company wasn't going to give us OEM parts but Megan went out of her way to insure that we did actually get all OEM replacement parts. Working for the insurance company, I understand the process involves saving money so after market parts are usually used. Megan price matched all the Oem parts to after market parts so that we could maintain the value of our vehicle. I'd recommend this shop and it's incredible service to anyone who has the misfortune of being involved in an accident. I'd recommend requesting Megan as your adjuster. Had some work done earlier this year due to a collision that happened, a few things were replaced and the hood was resprayed and repaired, a few weeks later a transmission line came loose, I called up the shop and let them know that their tech didn't tighten the line down correctly towards the radiator, and they just kept coming up with different reasons as to why it came loose instead of just fixing the issue, "you had to have hit something" "you must've loosened it yourself" it took me getting in contact with the GM to get the issue resolved. This shop doesn't like to communicate anything at all, I had to call in multiple times because I'm told something different every time I call in, and when you're told you'll get a callback DONT expect one because it won't ever happen. They offered to tow my car for me however didn't explain that it wouldn't be a courtesy tow, if I'd have known that I'd have just used my own towing service that I pay for every month through geico. Lots of problems and issues here, and the staff just seems to have an attitude with everyone, definitely check out other places in Tucson before you come here. read more

First and foremost is my trim around my back glass is missing. After a few, Daniel Gonzales is not good at communication, conversations he claims I am lying and my trim around the back glass was not there when I brought the car in. It was. Chapman Collision removed the back glass so it wouldn't get broken. My car was not ready on time but two weeks later than the worse case scenario, no parts delay. I almost had to pay for a rental car return delay. Daniel said he talked with Geico about this beforehand and he did not. He solved it in the last hour, Geico has been horrible as well with this whole process. Don't take your car here. I was told when I went to pick up the car it would be a little longer as they were washing and vacuuming the car. No vacuum and it looked like they spayed it off with the garden hose. read more

My car has been there for a whole month already !(it was supposed to be there for 13 days estimated) nobody seems to answer the phones here and if they do they do not take any responsibility in doing they're jobs and letting people know an accurate estimated time for they're car repairs they just say maybe a week or two until it's ready. They do not care about customers i asked if they can pay for my rental for taking an extra 24 days more than the estimated time that they gave me and said they would not be paying for my rental because it's not they're fault they had to order and wait for parts. Now i have to pay additional money for a car when my car should have been fixed already or at least let me know from the start it won't be 13 days estimated as they said more like 37 days... This is unacceptable to me being a customer i would not recommend this place to anyone trying to get they're vehicle fixed. read more
