Allegedly, the truck carrying our vehicle experienced a breakdown, although they informed us that it was located in one state when, in fact, it was in another. While there was a credit card authorization attached to that email, what was also attached was a lengthy legal contract having me waive my rights to a jury trial. It is duplicitous of Montway to send out an email with such a misleading subject line when the attachment is 99% legal agreement and only 1% credit card authorization form.
