Earlier this week, I needed a tow to my mechanic. I called Four Seasons Towing at 8am and was surprised to find a kind and professional fella on the other end of the line. He said he had one customer ahead of me, but would pick up my car in about an hour. I took a ride share to work and left a spare key for the tow guy. Got a call at the designated pick-up time and was informed the battery in the spare key was dead, thus the car could not be put into neutral for the tow. I felt like an idiot and felt so bad for wasting their time. "No problem" I was told by the patient dispatch fella. I took a ride share back to my home and replaced the dead key with another, called Four Seasons to let them know it was there, and the driver returned a couple hours later to pick up my car. They sent me a photo of my car on the trailer with a time stamp and delivered it swiftly to the mechanic with no issues. I was incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, and very reasonable cost for the service. It made my day less stressful than I anticipated. This review is overdue. About a month ago, I had to set up a tow for the next morning (through my insurance); they set me up with Four Seasons, so Four Seasons called me and showed up on-time the next day. The driver was polite and did a great job...and even talked a bit about the auto shop he towed the car to. We exchanged good wishes and went on our way - just the way a tow job should go. read more

I used my Road Side Assistance service through my insurance company and Four Seasons was the only towing company to take the time to figure out that the insurance company had the wrong pick-up location. After 4 different companies cancelled their trips without confirming with me, Four Seasons was assigned and called me to confirm my location. They identified it was wrong and were willing to be on a merged call to clarify things with the insurance company. After 4 hours of waiting for other tow companies and my insurance company. Four Seasons took care of me and my truck. Their driver was very nice and courteous and their flatbed tow truck was in nice condition. I definitely recommend them. read more

We were quoted a wait time for 110-120 min... two hours went by and no one showed up. Called multiple times and no answer plus the mail box was full. After three hours we gave up, It was already 9 pm and we didn't want to wait any longer. So called someone else who was there first thing in the morning as they promised they would be. We understand things can come up but at least have the decency to call us and let us know you're not/can't going to show up. read more

I truly believe these guys know their business, and their manner and attitude is professional and warm. That being said, I requested a tow to my mechanic's shop because my car wouldn't hold a charge-- it's probably the alternator (and I'm well seasoned in the experience of alternators going out and what that looks like). When the tech arrived on the scene, he had his truck charger with him, hooked it up to my hybrid, and it started. He essentially said, see, it's your battery, just let it run. And then left. I should have pressured him more; 15 minutes later, when I went out to check on the car, it was still 'on' but not running. I tried to start the engine, but it went completely out. By that time it was 10:45 pm, so I pursued again this morning. The manager was willing to try to finagle his guy over here asap, and he finally arrived 2+ hours later. The tech was apologetic; I stressed to him that THE CAR WOULDN'T START AND IT WASN'T THE BATTERY. I would actually give this company another chance. I don't mean to go all feminist-macho on you guys, but: when you tell a woman that it's her battery, and she's said it's something else, you are coming across as "since you're female, you must be stupid, all you need is a jump". I recommend that you take directive from the client. You're getting paid anyway. read more
