Literally hard to find words here. There I was, stranded in the off ramp lane, it was hot, other angry drivers were honking and yelling at me....I was absolutely helpless. Then out of nowhere, Brian from Preferred Roadside Solutions pulls up, lights flashing to save me! I didn't even call, he was just there. He was courteous, efficient, professional....I referenced him as my "knight in shining Subaru" :) He got me off the road, then into the parking lot at my job. His generosity and customer service didn't stop there. He promised to come back by to correct the very minor issue, which I discounted at first not thinking he would really come back. Sure enough, I walked outside after getting off a few hours later, and there he was, under the hood of my car:) He fixed the issue on his own time out of sheer dedication and sterling customer service. I was unfortunately stuck in a park about a year ago at 4am, my insurance company called PROS and that was the day I fortunately met my KNIGHT in SHINING ARMOR Brian Sease, Owner of Preferred Roadside Solutions. He had my car running, gave me amazing advice about what to do next and basically changed my day..month..year! He is fast, incredibly knowledgeable and the nicest guy you'd ever wanna meet (especially in a dark park alone at 4am). Fast-forward to last night where I found myself stuck in a person's driveway at midnight in AURORA. I didn't bother calling insurance I remembered I had Brian's card, I called him directly and just as before...he had my car up and running in less then 35 minutes from call to drive. Kevin has been My driver before and is always timely and takes great care of you in very little time. I requested air for my tire, a jump, and a gallon of gas and Kevin completed My service in 10 minutes allowing Me to continue My day swiftly. Last but not least, Brian the co-owner blessed My mother and I with a flat tire repair today out of the kindness of his heart due to us being homeless and living out of our car. PROS Roadside helped my daughter today when her tire blew out at 75 mph on I-25 and she barely managed to stop the car hitting the guard rails. It is a father's nightmare when a 16 year old is in trouble like this. PROS Roadside stopped to help my daughter who was crying and was clearly traumatized. They changed the tire for her and offered her to follow her home for her own safety. When I called the gentleman to offer money he declined. This brought tears to my eyes. These guys are awesome! Because of all the review bombing now a day I rarely trust any review let alone write one but felt compelled to let others know how amazing Preferred Roadside is. When my moms car wouldn't start I gave them a call and talked to Jason. Hands down he is one of the nicest guys out there. He got to the car and had it started in record time saving me a tow. Today PROS provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. After arriving in a timely manner to assist with a flat tire, it was determined that I was missing the security lock to remove the lugs. Brian Sease took the time not only to remove the nail and patch my tire, but he actually followed me to the dealership to make sure I arrived safely. I am always very horrible with locking my keys in my car and it's stressful! The company was here 20 minutes early than the set time which was greatly appreciated. They got here and it took 5 minutes for the solution to be solved! I highly recommend this roadside assistance; especially because this situation is always nerve racking. read more
