After calling several auto care shops in frustration, Paul and his team at Holiday Auto Care enthusiastically asked me to come on in so they could take care of my license plate dilemma (for free!). I have been coming here for my routine service ever since. I have been coming to Holiday Auto Care for a few years now and am really comfortable with the level of service and prices! I am the perfect candidate for any car-related business that wants to rip off a customer; I admittedly do not know much about cars, and it shows. I am guilty of the "call dad to ask if something sounds reasonable or if I am being ripped off, then call the shop back to approve or push back" pattern whenever I get a quote for any form of service. That being said, at Holiday Auto Care, I have never felt ripped off or like my lack of knowledge is being taken advantage of. Paul and his team are always upfront with pricing and are honest in explaining which services are more urgent versus which can wait until the next service appointment. I also really appreciate the emphasis they place on overall vehicle safety. I feel confident in the mechanics here and get a sense of peace of mind since so many of the services come with warranties. Holiday Auto Care also offers a AAA discount on labor, typically has some coupons/specials on their website, and sends out promotions via post cards and emails. The discounts can make a significant difference when applied toward expensive services. The shop is no longer as convenient for me as it was when I first started coming here, but I will continue to come back for the service and fairness!

They damaged my car while towing it, admitted fault, and promised to pay for repairs. But now? They're not answering calls. At first, they acted like they were going to handle it, but as soon as it came time to actually follow through, they vanished. No returned calls, no updates--just complete radio silence. This is beyond terrible customer service--it's straight-up negligence. If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT trust these guys with it. He seemed irritated that I was even there and made me feel like I was an idiot, even though I was just telling him what my insurance company had told me. The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and wasn't as gracious maybe because it's a revolving door of customers. Because they have over 12 techs at this facility, fortunately I didn't have to wait too long for my repair and pickup. I was quoted a few days for hail repair but I had additional body repair on my bumper and back up camera. It took a little over a week to have my car ready for pick up. My assigned technician was Ethan and he was super responsive and communicated often to keep me in the loop. Crash Champions also uses text to keep you posted as well. At pick up, I got to chat with the general manager Rick who was also helpful, friendly and kind. I love that they aren't pushy with upselling and explains any unforeseen repairs. I felt they were reasonable in fixing my bumper and back up camera sensor. I mean it is a BMW but overall my cost was around $3500. There is also a lifetime warranty as long as you of course own the car. They do offer wash and clean service and was respectful of my things and car upon return. It gets pretty busy here so if you can make an appointment as soon as possible do so but they do accommodate walk-ins. When she left the shop, there was a screeching sound that she thought may have resulted from a new part. I was visiting her and took the car to The Body Shop, and they identified the sound coming from the front right wheel. When they took off the wheel, they noticed that the bushing had not been screwed tightly. A new part had to be replaced - it only cost $ 40 for the part and 1 hour of labor. Incompetence of this shop cost us $ 260. I am sure that they do some things well and this happens once in a while and unfortunately, it happened to us.
