When I arrived at 10:15 the next day, Dave was already waiting for me. Dave was off the charts amazing. He assessed the problem, and then carefully went to work, lifting the boat and trailer onto his flatbed. We were both stressed, knowing that the trailer barely fit the flatbed and that the wheel could break off at any point. Once the boat was on the trailer, he meticulously tied everything down, including the wheel that was about to fall off. I met him at the trailer repair place, and Dave showed as much precaution and expertise in offloading the boat and trailer as he did in getting it on his flatbed. Tommy charged $300 and I tipped Dave $75--but it was such a good deal!! I've added Absolute Towing to my address book and will only call them in the future for my towing services.

The frontend collision on my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T AWD occurred at 9:40pm on a Friday night. By 2:00am I had given up as it was too cold and finding a tow company at that time felt like an impossibility. When I got home, I went straight to bed. Not long after leaving my car, ASAP called and said they were on the job. Unfortunately I was at home and asleep. The driver was able to locate my car, but decided not to snag it as a black car in the black of night doesn't easily give up it's secrets. I also had the key, the doors were locked, and the front tire wasn't straight. In a pinch, he could have surmounted these obstacles, but thankfully I was able to meet him the next day around noon. It was the same driver that had located my car the first time. Despite the challenges of the job and the long hours, he was very reassuring to work with. Very knowledgeable, yet willing to accept my on-site insight. Specifically needing to load the car from the backend. Being my second Charger, the 1st being a 2011 R/T AWD, I've used other tow services in the past. None of them knew where the safe tie down spots were located. Because the car is lower to the ground, getting under the car and finding the locations is difficult. I've witnessed some questionable decisions, spoke up, and was ignored. The driver from ASAP did not hesitate once. He knew exactly where to tie down the car. He even knew about the "trick" you can use to get to go into neutral without the engine being turned on. With the tow occurring on a Saturday, auto shops were closed. I directed the driver to my house where he dropped it off exactly where I ask him too. Both of card have business in them.

Sunday morning, I started hitting Yelp reviews to find a tow for her vehicle. My husband and I called no less than half a dozen companies and this we the only one who answered the phone. Almost 24 hours later NONE of the others have even returned our all. When I called Arturos, the phone was answered directly. He asked for our location and then told us he would communicate an ETA. Within 5-10 minutes he had finished his previous tow and gave us his ETA, he even arrived a touch ahead of that. He was polite, sensitive to our situation, loaded the truck with care and charged us a rate that I felt was a great value given any situation, let alone the one that we were in. I would HIGHLY recommend this group to anyone looking for a tow!!!
