I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

Even if the staff was not available to do a pick up and drop off, they also offered a rideshare service if needed. This is a huge lifesaver for me and super accommodating of my chaotic work schedule.
