An affordable price for bulk amount of vehicles from the impound yard to my house hell I got all 19 vehicles out as soon as the dmv would release them into my name, my father passed away and was a mechanic in my neighbor seems to think that calling zoning or 911 on me pretty consistently as a fun little game and got them involved as much as getting all of my cars towed that we're still in my dad's name so getting the dmv to accept that many into my name properly was a hustle and a half plus all of the fees was a nightmare however prime worked with me on lowering the fees beings it was a massive amount of cars just to tow the cars down a mile away read more

HORRID experience. Was assigned this tow company through Progressive when I had a flat tire on the side of the road. The driver called and verified our location, then cancelled with Progressive claiming we weren't there. Bald-faced LIE. He just didn't want to turn around from where he was to come get us. Horrible they accepted my roadside request then after waiting 2.5 hours they cancelled and I had to fine someone else. Me and my ins company called dozens of times and got sent to voicemail so fast I think they were screening our calls. Horrible service. Update: they did eventually call back so i canceled the other service they showed up had my move my barely driveable car up the road then get pissed off due to me asking where they wanted my car and he marked the service as complete and drove off. My towing was assigned to Prime Towing and I waited for 90 minutes. The driver called me when he was 10 minutes away. After waiting for him to arrive for quite some time, Prime Towing cancelled the service call for no reason, forcing me to wait another two hours for another service. This is so unacceptable and just lacks empathy and integrity, given the already tough situation. Find a company that will be there for you when you need them. Contracted via a warranty and the warranty department said to be an additional $4.85 (in additional to the $100.00 they were being paid from the warranty department). When he showed up, they said I had to pay $75.00. Of course I denied and told him I didn't need his service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Absolutely awful customer service. We have a photo with our car on the tow truck leaving and in the process from our apartment to the dealership, the spoiler went missing. They were insanely rude on the phone and offered no assistance. We placed no blame, we just wanted to figure it out and get it fixed. They didn't answer our insurance agent when she called multiple times for an update, so that's why we had to call them personally in the first place. DO NOT GET A TOW FROM HERE. UPDATE: We tried again to settle this with them as it is no longer an insurance matter. We are now advised to go to small claims court which we will be doing. BEWARE PEOPLE. No problems at all with the tow truck driver who arrived ahead of the estimate; however, dealing with the owner (I believe) of Prime Towing was absolutely the worst part of an already bad experience. When your vehicle is totaled in an accident through no fault of your own, the last thing you need is a tow yard treating you rudely and inconsiderately when trying to retrieve your personal belongings from the vehicle. The owner hung up on me while I was trying to clarify some details, and when I mentioned how unprofessional it was he stated he would hang up on me again! Not only was I given just one option for this appointment, but we waited over an hour past when they said they would be there for someone to unlock the gate. Absolutely horrible customer service. This company was assigned by my insurance company, not chosen by me, but I would go out of my way to never work with them again. read more

avoid them at all costs. recently called roadside assistance for a tow. this company picked up the job. I called to ask them questions and verify my tow as well as provide special instructions due to the location of the car. I asked if I had to be at the location they told me no. then the tow driver arrived and said I needed to be at the location and proceeded to get upset with me because I didn't have transportation to get there immediately. I had to get a uber to pick me up. they ended up canceling my tow and leaving me stranded and out the cost of the tow for another week until I get the refund. They lied to me over the phone and left me stranded, refused to work with me after they messed up. read more

On Monday, I was driving on Alameda Avenue when I heard the frap-frap-frap of a flat tire. I pulled onto one of the sideroads into a residential area, searching for a street-lighted area where I could better inspect the problem. The sun had set. It was getting dark. It was approaching 8PM. Sure enough, my car had a flat tire. I called Roadside Assistance through my insurance and got the message that "Prime Towing [had] been dispatched. ETA: 90-120 min. You can reach them at (720) 656-6833." I called Prime Towing but got no answer. Having nothing else to do, I waited. Two and a half hours later, I got a text message, that my "request for roadside assistance has been cancelled." It was 10:21PM. I called Roadside Assistance. They offered to find a different company, requiring another wait. In the meantime, my heart had gone into atrial fibrillation. I take medication twice a day for this condition, at 8AM and 8PM. My heart medicine had worn off because of not being able to take it on time. A-fib is fairly common. Some people have atrial fibrillation and it's not a big deal. Some people die from the condition. My heart has stopped in the past from the condition. A-fib is a big deal for me. I did not want to abandon my car. But I was experiencing a medical emergency too. I learned today that the distance between Prime Towing and my car was 2 miles. Prime Towing is open 7AM to 10PM weekdays. On the evening of the flat tire, the weather was good. No major news event was going on. Traffic was light. What happened after Prime Towing cancelled is not relevant here. Fortunately, I did not die and am writing this report. Waiting 2 1/2 hours to cancel, only minutes after they had closed, when their business was only two miles from the location of my car, and with no bad weather and no traffic event to impede their travel -- this all adds up to flagrantly bad business practice. read more

Prime towing sent (MISTER ABDUL) Abdul was polite and great at problem solving. My SUV was located in an underground garage without enough clearance for the tow truck. Abdul went above and beyond with winches and straps and repositioning all the equipment several times just to get the SUV in position to be hoisted onto the flatbed. Abdul was a hard working thinker. Companies sometimes don't appreciate these type of individuals, hopefully prime is treating him good because he could just open his own damn business!!! read more

Recently had my truck broken into and someone tried to steal from in front of a friends residence. My roadside service dispatched Prime Towing to pick it up for me and the wait time was 45 minutes. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Moe saying that he would be at the residence in 10 minutes. He arrived and assessed the situation thoroughly to the point of not thinking the truck was actually mine and that I could have possibly been the one stealing the car. It is all well being that he called his brother Jimmy to come to the place where I was dropping the truck to assist with getting it off the long-bed tow trailer. I appreciated the hesitancy with Moe and that he called his brother for back-up. They even passed along contact information for a reliable mobile locksmith.
