Run from this company. I was charged $550 for a tow. I broke down in a parking garage. Tow driver made it sound like I needed special dolly's to get out. Wasn't true. Once outside he said I needed special under my front tires. Took him 5 minutes to hook up. A $120 tow ended up being over $500. Don't trust me look at there google reviews. They do shit like this all the time. I don't know how the driver who seemed like a nice guy can live with himself. $550 for a tow. Unbelievable. What a con job. read more

I'm a woman and they left me stranded. told my husband they wanted 1000 to winch out 2 trucks to dry ground. then proceeded to tell my 14 year old son his dad is a loser he's broke. then blamed my husband for getting their truck stuck. their driver admitted on scene he fucked up. my truck was damaged while they pulled their rig out. dent then they threw my shovel at my truck. seriously waste of time and effort then guy was so rude and disgusting with my 14 year old son. over a shovel and they started being rude calling us broke. no we won't pay 1000 dollars to winch out another company M&m towing amazing company always work with them. way cheaper shame on you Leo's towing you suck. not my money. Oscar was polite and efficient when he arrived ( I also had to have a special toe truck to get into my parking garage). He took my car away an was able to let me know when it arrived at the location. I had the best experience with this tow company. I was rear ended on I-25 northbound right before Colorado springs, and Leo's towing was able to come to the rescue. Not only was the service speedy, but I was also able to tag along for the ride back to Denver saving me the expense of ordering an Uber. Being alone while being a girl can be scary sometimes but this was the most pleasant towing experience I have ever had. The driver was so respectful and his partner was there for the ride as well, she mentioned she came along so that I didn't feel alone or awkward and also made sure that we stopped at a gas station on the way. My wife's car died on New Years Eve. We had the insurance company co tact at least 2 other tow companies who both canceled out due to vehicle issues. Finally, Leo's Towing responded about midnight. These guys are great. I got a couple of quotes to haul a Model A across Denver (13 miles)-- $350 and $300. I was debating driving it to the shop because that seemed really high for 13 miles. Made one more call to Leo's. Guys was so nice and quoted me $190. I booked it. The driver, Gabe called on the morning we were to meet to let me know it looked like he'd be a little late (5 mins, which isn't even late, in my book)-- so courteous. We were in a parking lot of the road with a flat tire. Our insurance/warranty company canceled the roadside assistance due to not having anyone available. This is after two hours of trying to get things sorted. Whereas, when I called Leo's towing services, someone was there literally in less than 40 minutes. They were able to put the spare tire on. Dead battery in my Bronco and possibly bad starter only 20 minutes from home. Remembered I had AAA so called called and they set everything up. Left keys with vehicle so they could unlock steering and got a ride home. Within 15 minutes Leo called me to get specifics. Now withing 30 minutes he flat bedded it to my house and backed it into my parking spot. Leo is a fantastic Owner operator of this business and his customer service is really #1. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to get an estimate, to have my SUV towed from my house, to a mechanic shop. "Sam" asked me for the pick up address, and the drop off address; and, had me MapQuest it while on the phone with him, to find the miles. I told him it was 16.4 miles, and he quoted me $100. I called a couple other tow companies, and this was the cheapest, so I called back to schedule the pick up. "Sam" answered the phone, which I later found out is not his real name, but supposedly he is the owner, and gives this name because it's easier to pronounce...I asked Sam, to clarify, that it was really only $100, and he said yes; then set up the appointment to pick my car up the next morning at 9:30am. He asked me to text him the info, and then responded confirming the info. The next morning someone showed up, then told me I was misquoted, and they would not tow my car for the price I was given, even though it was the price they quoted me... And confirmed in the text... The guy told me that they were never told where they were going (Which ask the info was clearly in the text with Sam) and that they would never quote me $100, he then told me to answer my phone because his boss was calling me. When I answered, I was told again they would not tow my car. I explained that I had given Sam both addresses, and that he quoted me this price twice; but the guy on the phone told me he wasn't towing my car, and hung up on me. I tried calling back, and they would not answer my calls. I had taken a day off of work to get this taken care of, and had to have my car to the shop by 8am the following morning; so, now I had to find another company that would be able to do it with short notice. I then called Liberty Towing, which was a little more expensive, but MUCH better customer service. I finally got my car to the mechanic...no thanks to Leo's towing! read more
