They were hired by my apartment complex to assist with a replacing job. First, they showed up on…read morethe wrong day, and started towing vehicles before property management notified residents. Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.

I went to Yelp to contact a few places and I'll responded immediately saying he could come over for a full car inspection. He was at my house in an hour and knew exactly what my car needed, what pieces needed to be replaced, and recommended replacing a few plastic parts associated with the oil seal and engine stuff with metal ones to avoid future problems and explained why these things were causing my car issues and why they needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how well everything was explained, and trusted him immediately as his knowledge was very evident to look at my car. I asked him to take a look at the engine, brakes, and I needed a few other things looked at and I'll knew exactly what the problems were and gave me a quote and said I could bring it by the shop and he would have it fixed by the next day. It was ready as promised, and fine initally. Then when I drove a few hours later, there were new issues and I was lucky to make it home so I contacted Al at 8pm and instead of responding the next day, he came over at 9 PM on a Friday night to pick my car and take it back to his shop which was a huge relief to me as I planned to drive to the mountains the next day and was sure I'd have to cancel my trip. He figured out what happened and fixed it immediately. Al truly went above and beyond and is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what was causing an issue and understands systems and recommend preventative service. He arrived within about 25 minutes, had my car loaded and had me towed home within another 30!! So friendly, polite and helpful! Such a nice guy and an overall great experience!
