I did a review for this place last night and gave them 5 stars as the guy was exceptionally nice. Now I know why. He totally broke our grill guard and never said a word. read more

Amazing response after we had an accident with our car. The tow truck driver was helpful and accommodating; as we were both in shock.

Dale and Damien were awesome... So thankful for their help with the car. Professional and on-time. read more

My 29 yr old car failed in halfway over the Dam road during rush hour, backing up rush hour traffic (sorry fellow travelers that I delayed, and special thanks to the police officer who helped make a bad situation bearable. Mr police officer, You were awesome. Thanks so much!). I called Blue Diamond and received a quick callback within minutes. Jorge asked for my location and was there within the time he predicted (less than 15minutes). Jorge was super professional and did an awesome job. Got my disabled old car back home. Thanks! Great job! read more

Great, prompt, professional service! I don't have roadside assistance so I had to search for so Wine to help me change a tire. I would highly recommend Blue Diamond Towing. read more

Great customer service! I needed a tow at the last minute and they were super responsive and efficient! Definitely will use again if needed.

Good response time and friendly service by Alex. I would do it all over again. Glad they were available.

Fantastic experience. Needed a flatbed tow after hitting a pop-out causing damage to two tires. While it was a 45 minute time to arrival, driver said I could have a friend pick me in advance as long as I sent enough info/photos to find and ID car. Did so and placed key over wheel well. Driver took photos of car on flatbed and dropped off at a local tire shop, placed key in drop box. read more

Our vehicle broke down today so we called these guys. We were quoted $350 "because of the mileage." It was a bit of a drive so I accepted that. However, when we got to our location, the driver charged us $450 because he added a mileage fee. We really couldn't do anything about it because he wasn't going to release the vehicle unless we paid. I felt very taken advantage of as we were not told $350 was a base price and mileage would be added on. The mileage was specifically mentioned when they quoted us the price. read more

They arrived within 35 minutes of my call to start the car or tow it. Clean truck, polite guys. I'll call them every time.

Blue Diamond was prompt & courteous. The wait time might have been fifteen minutes, if that. Not long at all. The driver delivered my Ford F150 to the tire shop to get repaired and I was back on the road in under two hours. I would highly recommend them. read more

My girl friend's car needed a tow and Dale came to the rescue. He was on time. Very careful. And even parked it in the drive way for us! Dale is awesome! Thanks Dale! read more

Towing is one of those services you only ever need in a pinch. Some places take advantage of that, but others seem to genuinely try to take care of their customers. I blew out a tire on the way to work, and I felt like I was in great hands with Blue Diamond. I drive a little Hyundai Elantra, but they have the equipment to handle whatever. Alex was my driver, and he took the time to look after my car just like a high dollar ride. He arrived fast, and he was a good guy to BS with. Legit sports fan. I think anyone would feel comfortable and in good hands with Alex. If there's any downside the cost was a little higher than I would have hoped, but then the speed and service were much better than any other recent towing experience. I don't need a tow often, but I saved these guys in my phone and will call on them again the next time I need help. read more

I'm on my way to work this morning I had a blue diamond tow truck racing in front of me then cut me off nearly hitting me. later down the road he just back in to the other lane gets behind a slower driver, he began to ride said drivers tail once I got passed him he jumped back behind me and starts tail gating me swerving back and forth like he was trying to push me off the road or to get me to speed up, the limit was 30 and we were in a school zone. But the most ironic part is on the back of the truck it had a sticker stating "drive slow save a life" obviously not mine. I got the plate DLG704 if this is how they drive without a car on the bed I can't imagine with a car and how reckless and stupid this man must be for driving so dangerous with such a heavy vehicle!! I definitely will never be using their services read more

So happy with the quick service I received. Driver got to me quickly, and got me back on the road. Very professional. Thank you!

Had some trouble with my Porsche, Jorge showed up in short order after one phone call and one call back. He was very careful getting it on the flat bed, and took me and the car home. Great service, and value, Thanks! read more

Thank you Blue Diamond Towing. Isaac helped me last night. Did a great job. He was nice, professional, and efficient. I was surprised by the tow cost at $175 for a hook up and $5 a mile but really his service was worth it being as quick and hassle free as it was. He is a keeper and a real asset to your business. I hope I never have to use you again but if I need another tow I will definitely call you! read more

This company is fantastic!! We needed a tow truck that could get into a parking garage and we needed it quickly. This company took the call and sent Alex and his co-worker who arrived within 30 minutes. They took extra care to maneuver the car out of a difficult spot and then out of the garage...delivering it to the auto shop without delay. They were prompt, polite and efficient. Highly recommend the his company and team!! Thank you!! read more

Great service and quick too, not cheap though. I would use again. They respond right away and I didn't have to wait very long. Drivers are professional and equipment is in good shape. read more

Picked up a 3 inch screw through my tire. Blue Diamond answered the phone immediately- a person, not a recording, got me scheduled for the time I needed the following day, let me know they were on the way about a half hour before our scheduled time, arrived on time, and the driver Isaac was literally one of the nicest people I've ever met. Having your vehicle in need of a tow is never fun, but they made it a easy and pleasant as possible. They'll be my go-to any time the need arises. read more

Nice guy great service!! It was a bit of a wait through no fault of their own but offered me a discount because it ended up taking longer than expected. Will definitely recommend and use them again! read more

Amazing! Best experience I have had with a towing company. They were fast and friendly. They offered to help move our car to where we want instead of just dropping it and leaving. I'm sure all day they deal with people unhappy for whatever reason they need to be towed but they don't let it faze them they showed up with smiles on their faces and offered amazing customer service. I would recommend them 100% read more

Isaac was awesome. Was here in 20 minutes and took c awww re of me. My go to! John's towing in aurora severely let me down.

My car would not start in my driveway. Called to have it towed to dealer. When the truck got to my house, the car decided it wanted to start, so I no longer needed the tow. I figured there would be a fee of some sort, but the owner wanted to charge me for the full hook up fee even though the driver didn't have to do anything. I spoke to the owner to negotiate a more reasonable fee and he offer a little less if I paid cash to driver. This exposed him as unethical as well at this point, in addition to being unreasonable. I told him to forget it, and I would just write a bad review on his company and service. He called the driver back to tell the driver that he would charge me less if I gave him a 5 star review. I told him to absolutely not. I would rather pay the money and make sure others where aware of his unethical and unreasonable company. I will never use this company again and I will make sure I tell everyone I can that they should never use them. read more

I was very impressed with this company. I needed a tow yesterday (Sunday) and I had initially called around 8am and then called back to cancel thinking I didn't need the tow anymore. I ended up having to call back and the gentleman who picked up was gracious in dispatching someone out to me again. Hopefully not anytime soon- but I will definitely reach out to them again in another emergency. read more

Blue diamond towing is by far the most disreputable towing company I have ever dealt with. Do not use blue diamond towing at all, they did damage to my vehicle then blamed me for the damage they told me it was their word against mine they said go ahead take them to court and they called me names, they did thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle, legitimately. All I did was call and ask for their insurance information which they would not provide they insisted I sue them and hung up never never never never never again. read more

First off this towing company was over an hour late to pick up my car, an appointment I made in advance. Second, when the driver arrived he stated since we were late, we bought the flat bed and we will not charge you additional. They did wonderful putting my sons car on the flatbed and meeting me at the mechanic, but then the driver reneged on the no additional charge and charged me more than my quote. Not too excited about this company and will most likely never use again. read more

Larry and Ducky provided excellent service while towing my motorcycle today! They were extremely timely, showing up well before the time that they were scheduled to arrive, took great care of my bike (2012 Kawasaki Ninja,) and provided great conversation on our drive home. They safely unloaded my bike and went above and beyond to park it in its regular parking spot. Typically getting a vehicle towed is a miserable experience, but Larry and Ducky did everything they could to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. I can't recommend these two enough! read more

My husbands car broke down at 10pm at night. After trying to jump it and nothing happening we called Blue Diamond. They were there in 15 minutes and tested the battery and got it running again. Very kind and didn't make us feel like the amateurs we obviously are! Thank you! read more
