Mario answered my frantic call at 2am dealing with a tire that completely flew off its rim while on…read morethe highway. From then on out, he handled EVERYTHING for us. He went to the tire store in the morning to grab us a new one, and waited an hour in the store for it to be prepped. After, he went to the car where we parked it, put it on the rim, and sent us a photo via text when it was done. Beyond that, he asked us to pay based on "whatever we think he's worth." What an amazing guy, looking to provide for his family with an independently ran business. He is now our go-to guy for anything car related, and we will continue spreading the word that he is a reliable, efficient guy with all things involving cars. They were hired by my apartment complex to assist with a replacing job. First, they showed up on…read morethe wrong day, and started towing vehicles before property management notified residents. Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.
