Last year I had to move overseas came back 6 months later and they still continue to be so kind and generous. Everyone was so patient, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The GM stood out in particular--not only managing the location but actively working, moving, and helping customers directly. You don't see many general managers who stay that hands-on, constantly moving, helping, and going the extra mile like he does. The staff were also supportive and willing to assist in every way possible. Moving and organizing storage can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and well taken care of. I ended up getting charged $308.00 and am still fighting to get a good explanation why. Maybe I'm crazy, but $308.00 for a one day in town move seems a little steep. My advice is avoid this business at all costs. Load your stuff on a radio flyer and pull it with your bicycle before you rent a truck here.

We are trying to clean up the neighborhood by picking up trash on front and sides of this location. We had dumped a few small bags of trash in the dumpster at the U Haul place since we have been picking up trash for months all up and down the street. I was told by a very rude Latino guy to not dump any trash in the dumpster. He said he did not want to clean up the neighborhood and could care less about this location. This is a sad state of affairs, and I hope the owner of this location reads this. The amount of trash that is generated by this U Haul and the Liquor store across the street is incredible. The neighborhood is getting better despite the owners of these two businesses. They both need to be closed down.
