We provided them with a specific delivery date, but it arrived a week late. They attempted to assert that we had not communicated the delivery date, despite it being explicitly stated in our contract. Allegedly, the truck carrying our vehicle experienced a breakdown, although they informed us that it was located in one state when, in fact, it was in another. They were uncooperative and provided us with limited information regarding the whereabouts of our vehicle. Their lack of integrity, professionalism, and communication is exceptionally incompetent. Additionally, as a side note, the customer service agents will repeatedly inform you that their supervisor "is out of the office briefly, but will call you back" when actually he is outsourced and lives out of the country.

Instead, when I called on that date, it was clear they had not even begun shopping around for a driver. They finally found a driver to pick up the car four days later. Montway also deceptively sent me an email asking me to sign a 'credit card authorization form.' While there was a credit card authorization attached to that email, what was also attached was a lengthy legal contract having me waive my rights to a jury trial. It is duplicitous of Montway to send out an email with such a misleading subject line when the attachment is 99% legal agreement and only 1% credit card authorization form. Montway also included on that form a car that was not mine. Their pricing was not good. Given their poor customer service and high prices, I'll never do business with Montway again.
