I emailed Aaron and he promptly replied within minutes. He sent over the documents to electronically sign, and a week later scheduled my car for pick up. The driver arrived within the time scheduled and picked up my car, delivered as promised, and the car was in the same state it was initially shipped. I highly recommend Summit Auto Transport because they deliver as promised and Aaron provides excellent customer service!

Delivery was from St. Louis to Denver. My husband received a call from Victor, the driver, the night before pickup to confirm 8am. He texted and hour before and arrived exactly on time. It's typically a 12-hour trip. Victor contacted me that night to let me know he arrived and would be ready for me to pick up at 8am. Again, he was very punctual and everything went so smoothly. Considering the price of gas and saving 1000 miles of wear and tear on my vehicle, I feel like I got an excellent deal and would absolutely use this service again.

However, it was not perfect. Two major negative experiences: 1) the drop off contractor did not have two of my boxes - he had to return to the mother truck to pick them up. My dresser's knobs were broken off (not fixable) and my bike frame was bent (fixable but a royal pain) I liked Long Distance Movers and I guess no moving company is perfect?

We were told by the driver to contact the dispatch company as well as the owner of the trucking company. In the videos and pictures taken by myself as well as the driver, you can see that there is nothing in or near the windows other than blankets and a couple pair of pants. You can hear the driver in the video saying that he sees that there are only blankets in the window and he doesn't know what caused the break. This company is terrible. Instead, when I called on that date, it was clear they had not even begun shopping around for a driver. They finally found a driver to pick up the car four days later. Montway also deceptively sent me an email asking me to sign a 'credit card authorization form.' While there was a credit card authorization attached to that email, what was also attached was a lengthy legal contract having me waive my rights to a jury trial. It is duplicitous of Montway to send out an email with such a misleading subject line when the attachment is 99% legal agreement and only 1% credit card authorization form. Montway also included on that form a car that was not mine. Their pricing was not good. Given their poor customer service and high prices, I'll never do business with Montway again.
