They were very pleased with the professionalism. They were also fast to give us back our sweet girl's ashes.

Ok the "bad" first with a note that it was all around amazing and I highly recommend them:…read more If you specifically want an ink print of paw and/or nose, like other reviews mention getting, please know that apparently that's just a bonus that is sometimes included it seems, but NOT standard. I chose this company for many reasons, particularly that it came highly recommended from a friend, but I'd be lying if I said that part of the reason wasn't because of the keepsakes and the fact that I thought I was going to for sure get an ink print of his paw so I can get it tattooed. I will take some responsibility in the fact that I was not the person to directly talk with anyone as I had Less than 24 hours between realizing that my dog was terminal and needing to put him down, so I handed that responsibility off to my fiancé, who was informed that I really really wanted an ink print. But he didn't know/think specifically to ask for ink when he called the company and just said paw print. It is standard for them to give a ceramic paw print, but not ink. We just went and picked everything up and while everything else was absolutely beautiful, to say that I am absolutely DEVASTATED to not have a true ink print of his paw with all the little nuances specific to my baby is an understatement. I think it's important to add that in here because a couple other reviews that I read between yelp and Google specifically stated getting ink prints (they all said they weren't expecting them, but it did make it sound like it was a regular thing) which is why I didn't double down and follow back up myself to make sure that this happened The girl working the front desk was so sweet and did her absolute best to try to get a quick one from the mold that was used for the ceramic, but it's just not the same and it's definitely not exact With that said, this company was timely in pickup and absolutely everyone we've interacted with was so sweet. It truly does seem like they take care of your pet as if it were their own. What we got, which is the standard: ceramic paw print with his name, plain cedar box with his ashes, for clippings, and a heart shaped paper with wildflower seeds in it to plant. One day I'll come down from the disappointment about the ink print and I'm definitely kicking myself for not just getting an ink pad and paper on that final day. Regardless of that, I highly recommend this company

What I loved the most about this place is the imprint of our bearded dragon on a piece of clay. His Ash's were in a beautiful wooden box. I couldn't be happier. They did an amazing job!

From the moment I called this place, I was met with empathy, patience, and understanding. I was helped every step of the way and they even put me in touch with a vet who could perform the euthanasia necessary for my 18-year old cat. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.

I am thankful I found Entrusted Pets. I was able to bring Hammy Hamster in the day I called. They…read moregive you time to say goodbye and take very good care of them. I'm impressed that even if a person chooses the communal cremation that they bury the ashes in a very nice place in Payson that people can visit. I chose the semi-private option. I will definitely use their services in the future when I unfortunately need them. They understand that pets are family.....even the small ones like Hamsters.

From the moment I got on the call, they were caring, kind and patient through my tears and brain fog. They made scheduling easy, payment convenient and had it all set up for me so all I had to do was be present on the day of euthanasia. Our veterinarian was Tali T in Phoenix and I HIGHLY recommend her. She was patient, explained everything with care and attention before beginning, and allowed me to pace the appointment. She didn't rush me at all. I also loved that she didn't seem to try to fill the space or give me sentiments. She sat with me in my grief. It was such a wonderful gift. Tali went above and beyond by clipping my girls hair and putting it in a keepsake jar provided by her and helping me to make nose and paw impressions with materials I had purchased. She helped me tenderly place my pup into her final resting place in my yard and slipped out quietly so that I could have my last moments with her. About 3 weeks after my pets death, I received a hand written note in the mail from Tali. It was such a kind hearted, wonderful note. I don't know how I got so lucky to have this angel by my side through my pups death, but I am so grateful I did. She (and the Blue Pearl Hospice Team) helped me do the unbearable, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Short version = Tiffany at Pets at Peace responded quickly (I reached out late Monday evening, and…read moreshe came to our house early in the afternoon the next day). She was compassionate (she went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and felt no pain). She took her time (which allowed me to take my time saying goodbye). Tiffany made an impossible situation the best it could be for all involved, and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Long version = My wonderful companion, Brigitte, the miniature poodle, was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2025. She did well for most of the next few months, but after the new year she started declining. On the evening of January 5th, 2026, I made the decision that every pet owner dreads. I reached out to Tiffany at Pets at Peace that night, and she came to our house at 12:30 pm the next day. This next part is important so please read as it may help you and your pet. I told Tiffany my biggest worry was the initial injection used to sedate Brigitte before the euthanasia injection was given. For my past two dogs it was clear that this shot stung a little, which was distressing for them (at least briefly) and for me (ever since). So, before giving Brigitte that sedative/anesthesia injection, Tiffany gave Brigitte an oral sedative that made her fall asleep first (we were lucky; Brigitte was still eating until the very end and we were able to mix the oral sedative in with some bread and cheese, which she always loved). After several minutes, when I was comfortable Brigitte was deeply asleep, Tiffany injected the main sedative/anesthesia. I watched Brigitte very closely as this injection was administered and I was very relieved to see that she did not react at all. This was the greatest gift Tiffany gave both of us. After several more minutes passed, Tiffany administers the final injection. Again, I watched Brigitte very closely, and I am confident she died as quickly, painlessly, and peacefully as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tiffany and Pets at Peace, on behalf of both Brigitte and me.
