Okay, so first off, I promise I'm not a "Karen" and I really never post reviews but let me tell you, Idc to go out of my way and download yelp so I could post this one. Y'all. Dirty and horrible hygiene. Not only did the woman repeatedly just cough out into the open, no mouth covering, no head turning, no cough dabbing, no nothing, she then quadruple sneezed, used her hands as tissues, and then rubbed her hands together, I guess in order to be sure that all bodily fluids would thoroughly seep into her hands, she proceeds to touch everything on her desk like it was an OCD tic, all before reaching for my hands to get started. I had to be the one to ask her to go wash her hands first, because you know, basic human hygiene and ~presumed~ business sanitary standards. But wait, there's more *informercial sales voice*! This woman (in the white "Glamour" shirt on 7/7/23) cuts me on 7 fingers, worked with a dirty, stained up nail file (until I requested for her to get a new one), kept all her tools stored in a dusty pencil box, and though they might not have great hygiene methods, they all acquire excellent sharing mannerisms in that they all seemingly just share the same nail drill on everyone. I watched her pass the same drill/drill bit that she used on me, to another woman who used it on two other little girls feet, and then come back around and tried using THE SAME ONE on me again, without any form of sanitization or even just simply switching out the drill bit first. When I say I went to Target IMMEDIATELY and grabbed up that Neosporin, mannn, y'all go on ahead and step aside with all that speed of light nonsense cause my guy, Roemer about to head back just to study the speed of my aspirational infection prevention course. read more

I usually love this place they have always done right by me. Love the pedicure and manicure is on point. But this time the lady who did my pedicure was horrible. I always get my feet done when I come here which is once a month. The woman who did my feet was not like every other person in there. She is also not the normal person I usually have do my feet. I also don't have the most feeling in my feet but I felt it this time. She scraped the shit out of my right foot and I still have calluses on my foot. read more

I went to Forever Nails after having my nails done multiple times elsewhere in Conway. By FAR, Andy is the best! I started to not like having fake nails because of my experiences at different places and prices that were changed before checking out. Forever Nails gave me hope! I'm so thrilled with how beautiful Andy made my nails. He did a gel fill on my tips and it was the first time they weren't thick and clunky. They're thinner like they're supposed to be and there are no errors whatsoever! Very good job on nails as far as looks. Very satisfied. But the dude was so rude and acted like I was a freaking rubber doll or something. Have had my nails done a billion times at every place possible and never had anyone act that way!!! Wanted to just walk out without finishing them! Please, please do not go here. I moved to Conway about a year ago, and have since been searching for the best place to get a pedicure. After a review for an eyebrow waxing service here from a friend, I thought I would make a day of it and try a pedicure as well. First off there are no magazines, and they do not offer you any sort of water etc. Which, while it sounds snobby-- is a key part to feeling relaxed for me, so that didn't help. Then what happened next absolutely PETRIFIED ME. BEWARE. Regardless of information not to do so, many nail spas use a cheese-grater like device to "Exfoliate" your feet. The lady who did my feet pulled out an UNWASHED, UNSANITIZED "Exfoliator" THAT. STILL. HAD. SKIN. FROM. THE. OTHER. PERSON. IN. FRONT. OF. ME. She got one or two scrapes in before I could stop her and let her know I did not want that. She continued again. I put my foot down and said "No thanks" again to which she stopped. Turns out, simply from the 3 or 4 scrapes she got in, I got a foot fungus that had to be treated with antibiotic cream. Please ladies, do NOT go here for any reason whatsoever. If a salon can't take the few minutes to sanitize and clean their equipment, then it isn't worth your time or money. a $30 dollar pedicure is not worth itchy, infected skin. read more

They are always busy when I go so I was used to waiting a bit, but this last time I went I waited 35 minutes before I just left. There were 2 people ahead of me that were still waiting when I left. Very Rude and Poor Customer Service! I got gel nails done on Monday. First of all the young man there doesn't greet you. He just sits down and begin working. I said Hello and how are you? He said Okay. No desire to be customer friendly. Gel nails should last a least two weeks. On Wednesday one nail color completely peeled off. I had just gotten to my vacation spot. Then on Saturday two more started peeling. So when I got back to Conway I went by there on Wednesday. Still with in my two weeks range like 9 days from time of service. So I went in and asked how long gel nails are suppose to last. She said two weeks. So I show her my nails and she asked me what did I do? I said nothing I was on vacation. I showed her pictures that I had taken on Saturday. Now it was three fingers on one hand and two on the other completely off. I had one that was starting to come off so she finally agreed to fix that one. She said I should have called or came in. I explained I was on vacation. I asked would they do them all over since so many were messed up. She said No! She said next time you will have to pay as though it was my fault. So I get this same young man again. He starts in on me the same way as her. I had to explain the whole situation again. Then I showed him the pictures. He said that was on Saturday. Saturday was just six days from the time of service. I said yes I forgot to take a pic on Wednesday. He said you should have called or came in. Once again I explained I was on vacation in Colorado. Then I show him the one that was starting to come off and said she agreed for that one to be redone. He said No she didn't!! I said yes she did. Why would I lie? He said he would fix the ones that were off and the next time I would have to pay. Again as though it was my fault. So at this point I felt really Disrespected. So I just said You know what...that's okay. I want be back and you have a nice day. I left out in tears. Got to the car and peeled the other off. They came off very easily. I have never been treated that way. For one I have never had to go back to get my gel nails redone that soon. I have taken my daughter and my daughter in law there before. I walked in needing a manicure. I walked out... Needing a manicure. I'll NEVER be back. They have no way of knowing who came first, second, third or last. They took a gang of people that came after I did. After an hour of waiting, and asking how much longer it'll be, the answer was something like, there were many people. Wtf? It doesn't help that they hardly speak English. And from the looks of one of the full sets they finished that I saw, they're not very good at nails period. Just saying. Don't waste your time. I am super OCD about my nails. I have been several places to get my nails done since moving here from Atlanta and have been so unhappy with the results and was thinking about just "going natural". Went here and was shocked that I had finally found someone who knew what the heck they were doing. I could relax and just get my nails done! Kim did a wonderful job and I am going back for a fill in and a pedicure this weekend. She was so professional and nice. The woman who did my nails was sweet as could be, speaking English and actually carrying on a wonderful conversation. My nails also turned out better than I ever remember having them! I was visiting family and had pedicure done at forever nails. Do not ever spend your money here, the staff is incredibly rude, the man that did my pedicure was extremely rough and took no notice of me telling him that my feet are tender, he continued filing and cutting my toenails to the point I had to move my foot out of his hands, then he became impatient. Finally because of his callousness and being an unsympathetic jerk, he filed the callous on my foot so hard and so roughly I was bleeding all over. He didn't apologize or show any concern.
