This place was amazing! I got glow in the dark white dip that looks amazing. I had cut my cuticle and asked him to be gentle and he was so gentle! I've never had a nail tech not cut one of my fingers before and he did a great job without any pain. I was waiting after my appointment and he brought me a complimentary energy drink for free. I have had my nails done for over 20 years, but my most recent experience was by far my worst ever. Exactly three weeks ago, I went here and got a pedicure from Kevin. It wasn't bad except they do not give a foot massage which is my favorite part of a pedicure. I got a brand new set of acrylic nails from Peter. He's a nice guy. I left feeling fairly good about what I'd gotten. Normally my hands endure a lot in a two week period between fills as I clean for a living. Fast forward to 8 days after I got my nails and after only one actual day that I worked due to being off for back pain. My nails immediately started lifting. I go to show Peter fully expecting him to make it right. He blames it on my job and proceeds to fill my nails, after only 8 days of being on. My usual fills in nearly 3 weeks out and that's with me working the whole time. He finishes and charges me $40. I had just paid $55 for the new set prior. I leave feeling very aggravated but not wanting to make too big a deal. Two days later, 2 nails fall off. I go back for him to replace the nails that fell off. Again he acts like it my fault but replaces those two nails. Again, my nails have not went through nearly what they usually do because I haven't been able to work as much due to my back. I wake up this past Tuesday morning and my hand is throbbing. Somehow my nails came loose while I slept and was barely hanging just enough to hurt. I went back to another nail salon I've went to many times and she informed me that they all need to come off because they are all lifting. She takes them all off. I pay again for a whole new set. So In 20 days, I went through 2 sets of nails, a fill and repair for a total to me of $150. Im still in amazement at the serious lack of quality, service and responsibility of this nail tech and the time and money this cost me. All i can say is I'll never darken the door to Princess Nails again and I'd seriously advise anyone not to go there. Worst experience in over 20 years of having nails done and that's saying a lot. read more

So when I came here I thought that it was going to be fine because of how close it was to the school we went and it was fairly clean they were really nice my nail came off within two days though and it kind of upset me because of how much I paid which wasn't that much but it was enough for it to be a little expensive but not too much. Pretty good. Not many people. Pretty empty. Very nice people. read more

Peter always does great with my nails! He helps me out on time when I go on my lunch breaks. He also does great on my eyebrow and lip waxing. My pedicures are nice as well. Everyone is friendly. The shop is calm and quiet. They are a small, but efficient group. read more

Was dirty. Polish was old. Chairs were held together with tape. Had called for an appointment but they didn't seem to remember so weren't ready for us. We didn't say anything about the above, but we left when one woman in the party simply asked what thier policy for cleaning the tubs was, and one of the men's only response was if you don't trust us you can go somewhere else. Very rude. I walked In to ask for price for full set of acrylic nails. Was told price then asked price for French tip. Then wanted to know the if the price was different for a corlored tiped instead of fenced tiped and his attitude was rude and he. Said "excuse me"well it is more and we have to gel cover it. And told us it was more but never told me that in the phone it was like I was wasting his time with my questing. Well he lost 3 acrylic nail appointment .
