We discussed different styles and why some might not be great for me, and then she helped me with some styling tips that fit right in with the wash-and-go life. Nail tech was very rude. She was yelling at the other staff the whole time I was at the salon. I…read moresat in the chair for over an hour before they even touched my feet. This would have been ok but they for some reason they drained my water 10 minutes in and never replaced it until they came back to do my feet. They were so busy there was none I could bring this issue up too. Then once it was my turn, she proceeded to make mean comments about my toes and how weird my nails were. Then make horrible comments about my feet and saying they were terrible loud enough for the whole place and everyone in it to hear. I explained that they last place I went to didn't to the best job and she then proceeded to inform me I just have terrible feet and should take better care of them. I get monthly pedicures as well as shave my callous skin at home routinely I feel that I was bullied the whole time and that it was very unprofessional. I understand if you think my feet need extra love, but you do not explain this to the whole salon and make the customer feel uncomfortable.
