CURLY HAIR! If you have it, you probably understand not trusting most hair stylists out there. I made an appointment with Anna on a recommendation from my mom, and I'm really glad I did. Not only do I have curly hair and love my curls, but I also love my outdoorsy, wash-and-go lifestyle, something that amazingly few stylists understand. Most want to throw so many products at my head (that I get scared I'll burst into flames when I sit in the sun by a window) seemingly to disguise the fact that they really don't know how cut curls without making me look like a dirty, matted shih tzu (minus the zu part). So, back to Anna. She not only listened to me while I explained what I wanted and how much time and energy I put into my hair, but she heard me. We discussed different styles and why some might not be great for me, and then she helped me with some styling tips that fit right in with the wash-and-go life. To me, this step is almost more important than how my hair looks when I walk out the door. And if it's not as important to you, don't fear because I walked out the door looking amazing. My hair turned out better than I hoped it would and I have confidence that I can keep that salon-fresh look by simply washing-and-going. I really really appreciate this salon, especially the stylist I've been seeing there, Monica. I went through a few hair debacles before I found it. I called them and let them know what my hair had been through and that it's thick and curly so I really needed an experienced stylist. I haven't gone for a couple of months to see if I can grow out my hair. i called and asked if I could book an appointment and the front desk really made me feel like I was a burden. They Said they would call me back to see, which seemed unusual and they never called me back. I got my hair done here three days ago. I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my haircut which was mid length at the bottom of the shoulders. She cut my up to a little below my ears and now my hair is ruined for my graduation and maternity pictures. It's a shame because I've been coming here for years and now I will never be back. Oh, and don't use/purchase a gift card from here. You will not get your money back. Wasted 180$ for an awful haircut and mediocre mani/pedi. So I'll start by saying the service we got was a 1 out of 10.. It may have been because my daughter scheduled our appointment and forgot to tell me and we missed it. We apologized and rescheduled but apparently they were not happy. I took my 11 year old in for a cut and style and she started to cut my daughter's hair without asking me what we wanted done. I stopped her and told her just to trim a half inch because I didn't feel comfortable with her being upset with us cutting my daughter's hair which is down to her bottom. She charged me $21 to cut a quarter inch and we left and I won't be back! So moral to my story don't make these girls mad! Lol sorry girls read more

Stood outside the front door of the salon and called twice because they have a sign on the door stating you have to call before you can come in. All I needed was to purchase an aveda product (THEY ARE THE ONLY SALON IN TOWN THAT SELLS IT) but couldn't because nobody would answer the phone or come to the door. Parking lot full of cars. I've been going to Euphoria for years now with no issues, but after my visit today, I won't be returning. I visited with a new (to me) stylist and told her upfront that I just wanted a drycut. She then pointed out that I have layers and asked if I wanted them trimmed, too. I said, "Sure." She never mentioned that that would then make my haircut count as a "full" haircut instead of a drycut, increasing the price. I paid $50 to have an inch trimmed off my hair. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

My best advice is to get a quote for the services you are to receive BEFORE the stylist begins. I went in for highlights (and base color also freshened up) and a haircut. I also received a conditioning treatment (for an additional $20). Really liked my hair UNTIL I checked out and was told the total cost was $290 (excluding the tip)! It would have been nice to have gotten a heads up at some point about what the tab would be. I have NEVER paid even close to that amount for the exact same services at ANY salon in ANY city. I've experienced better. Went there 3 times. I had a great experience the first 2 times. The 3rd time, they had fired a stylist and had to reschedule my appointment but they wanted to charge me in case I cancelled later. NO THANK YOU! They were all super sweet and warm EXCEPT for some stylist which I have no idea what her name is, she is chubby, short hair, brunnette...UGH. It's like she needed a sweet candy that day. NAH. I had been going back and forth about getting a Brazilian wax for a long time. When I finally decided to go for it the good reviews I read here are what ultimately led me to this salon. I am really happy with the experience and the results! Kristy was so friendly and welcoming. She made an uncomfortable treatment as pleasant as it possibly could be. We went to get a "spa" manicure and pedicure however they were anything but "spa". The employees seemed inexperienced and made us feel as though we were being rushed. It wasn't as relaxing as we were hoping, in fact, it wasn't relaxing at all. They didn't seem to know what they were doing, they were rough, and the nail colors were very limited. We paid for a 60 minute pedicure and recieved a mediocre 25 minutes.On another note, the pricing was quite outrageous for the service we had to endure. On the other hand, we also got a Swedish massage which was very relaxing and the masseuse was very accommodating and experienced. Not going back for nails ever again but might come back for a massage. read more

I just moved to Conway and have tried a couple of places for my hair and had great experiences unfortunately neither of the places I tried previously were able to get me in on a Saturday and being that I travel a ton for work I am not able to be super flexible. I like to change up my look pretty regularly. So I went here instead. I have never complained about a haircut ever! The place seemed promising because it was an Aveda place and I have had success with those salons in the past. I also always go in and show a picture of what I want everywhere I have been. When you check in as new person they have you sign a waiver and share what hair color you have had before along with any medications you are on which I didn't love. When I showed jonathon the pictures of what I wanted he said wow bangs ? You want bangs ? And I was like yes. I understood his concern because I have naturally curly hair but I explained that I style it different daily and straighten it a lot and have had bangs before. When I showed him the color he said wow that dark?? And I also showed him a picture with my hair curly so he would know the level of curl. He didn't seem super confident and I was nervous but since I was in the chair I stayed. He then proceeded to break down the pricing for me which I have also never had happen and after each add on he asked is that okay? Which after the first one my tone would have suggested any price was fine. I even said well it is a salon so Those are the prices I would expect. The color turned out well which is why the 2 stars, but the cut is not what I wanted at all and looks nothing like the picture. He kept asking me what I thought of the bangs, I kept showing him the picture and saying I want it to look like this... finally I had to say you don't see her forehead you see mine. Finally I just said it was fine and paid and left. I had hair all over my face and chunk of hair pulled out from the back. Also it took 3and a half hours. Never going back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had my hair cut (by Christie or Christine, not exactly sure of her name) on Saturday, she didn't even seem to even care what I wanted. I walked in with hair past my shoulders, showed her multiple pictures of a layered, jaw length cut I wanted... when she was done with hair it is seriously only 3 inches long on top and the sides!
