I had so many things in my life crumble and I requested multiple times to end my membership. I was forced to freeze and was treated extremely rudely by the customer service team. They transferred me to the wrong department and disconnected me sev times in addition to admitting that they were in the wrong but still refusing to give me a refund. I haven't set foot in that place in close to a year and I've been charged 4 times and threatened with fines and fees for canceling by the customer Service department and even after finally getting things canceled they still are charging me!!

The lights never came on. I asked her for a refund. She rolled her eyes and said "We don't do that". I asked for a complimentary tan session. "We don't do that". I asked her who the owner is. "We don't give out that information". Now I know why. She told me to leave my phone number and the owner would call me back. I told Lauren if I didn't get a refund I would write a "scathing" review". THEN, about 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the owner, Lauren's mother. She was screaming that she was going to call the police on me because, she claimed, I put my hands on her daughter. I did not. These people are off the wall crazy. Then I find out they were charging my friend's credit card without his permission. Not only is this place un-ethical, machines are broken and they won't, obviously fix them, and they are trying to deflect their ethical responsibilities onto me by threatening to lie to the police.
