I don't like bed 9 so at this point I was upset so I left without tanning. I later called and asked why I was asked to move. The employee told me the staff member that checked me in put me in the wrong level bed. I told her that was not my fault and I was already in the room ready to tan but was told I had to move. In my opinion this is very unprofessional of the staff. She should have allowed me to tan since I was sent to that bed but instead I was sent away upset and ready to cancel my membership. I had so many things in my life crumble and I requested multiple times to end my membership. I was forced to freeze and was treated extremely rudely by the customer service team. They transferred me to the wrong department and disconnected me sev times in addition to admitting that they were in the wrong but still refusing to give me a refund. I haven't set foot in that place in close to a year and I've been charged 4 times and threatened with fines and fees for canceling by the customer Service department and even after finally getting things canceled they still are charging me!!
