During the highlight I could feel bleach on my scalp at times which I know is not good when getting a foil and I can see some spots where there is a straight line of bleached hair at my scalp. Then she did not highlight any hair at the back of my head. It is obvious from looking at my growth that my hair was highlighted at the top, back of my head. For a place that charges $115 for a partial highlight you would expect better.

The employee told me the staff member that checked me in put me in the wrong level bed. I told her that was not my fault and I was already in the room ready to tan but was told I had to move.
