It's 3 miles from the Isle! The staff is absolutely incredible! The quality of services is unmatched! I reached out to them to see if they could schedule 8 ladies for facials to celebrate a 40th birthday! They went above and beyond! They hosted us like we were family! The girls decorated and gave it such a personal touch with flavored water and personalized refreshments! We walked into fresh robes and slippers. Karlee scheduled us all perfectly so we could rotate and have a sweet space to make so many memories. Beth presented us with a wealth of knowledge about the services offered. Hailey and Jessi gave the best facials any of us had ever had with such professionalism and unmatched care! Carlei followed it up with head-spas that were truly phenomenal! We all left glowing and feeling relaxed beyond measure! The staff of ladies could not have been more accommodating, professional, and encouraging. We left feeling like family and customers for life! Do not miss out on this gift of a spa!

The salon is in desperate need of new management that cares about their clients. I was not greeted by the hostess and had to ask for a chair to sit in. There was a pregnant lady sitting on the floor in the corner with her small daughter. So seating is limited. I was not greeted by the hairdresser at all and after a 45 minute wait, I left. To much drama and gossip going on in this place and zero customer care. I received a phone call 20 minutes after I got home from the hostess rudely asking if I was going to show up for my appointment! I told her everything that I posted above here and her response was ok do you want another appointment. Absolutely not!!!

All of the girls there are incredibly talented, and what I love most is that each stylist has her own unique specialty so you really feel like you're in the best hands no matter what you're getting done. The atmosphere is just as amazing as the services. Everyone is so friendly and personable, and it truly feels like a place where you can relax, laugh, and enjoy a little "me time." The coffee machine is such a nice touch too. They even have books for small children to entertain themselves during appointments. It makes the whole experience feel extra cozy and thoughtful. Honestly, spending time there feels less like an appointment and more like a fun, pampering escape. If you're looking for a salon that's both professional and full of personality, Rustic Roots is it. Highly recommend!
