The salon is in desperate need of new management that cares about their clients. I was not greeted by the hostess and had to ask for a chair to sit in. There was a pregnant lady sitting on the floor in the corner with her small daughter. So seating is limited. I was not greeted by the hairdresser at all and after a 45 minute wait, I left. To much drama and gossip going on in this place and zero customer care. I received a phone call 20 minutes after I got home from the hostess rudely asking if I was going to show up for my appointment! I told her everything that I posted above here and her response was ok do you want another appointment. Absolutely not!!!

This sports clips in Searcy has been my go-to place for years for my haircuts. Recently, though,…read morethey have not had enough stylists to keep up with the demand. Please keep in mind, though, I don't blame the stylists. They're doing excellent jobs. My last attempt at this location was frustrating. I headed toward the Searcy location and there was a 70+ minute wait. When I got there, the wait was around 60 minutes. They were busy, but I decided to wait. Things were moving well, it seemed, and I had about 40 minutes to wait. Still okay. But then, a stylist left and my time shot to 68 minutes! That was too much for me, and I left. I went down the street to Great Clips and was seated immediately and received a good haircut. Once again, I don't blame the excellent stylists at the Searcy Sports Clips, but their managers need to get on the ball and keep adequate staff to meet demands. I may try the Searcy Sports Clips again, but Great Clips may have won me over.

She recently opened her own salon and still kills the color game. In my opinion, She led the Faulkner county industry in balayage and baby highlights. So much so, I've overheard people ask her to host classes, in their salons, while I was sitting in her chair. You know you're with the right person when OTHER stylists want to learn your game. My teen took her a photo and Jenn delivered. We've followed her ever since. I've heard a client walk in and talk about her drive from Oklahoma, just for Jenn's services. Y'all. She's the deal real. Don't let her salon's newness fool you. She's not new to the game, she has just been in someone else's facility. She's now spread her wings and opened her own place. It's gorgeous.
