This place was the worst salon I've ever been to and I'm 59! They are exorbitant in their prices…read moreand way over booked. The salon is in desperate need of new management that cares about their clients. I was not greeted by the hostess and had to ask for a chair to sit in. There was a pregnant lady sitting on the floor in the corner with her small daughter. So seating is limited. I was not greeted by the hairdresser at all and after a 45 minute wait, I left. To much drama and gossip going on in this place and zero customer care. I received a phone call 20 minutes after I got home from the hostess rudely asking if I was going to show up for my appointment! I told her everything that I posted above here and her response was ok do you want another appointment. Absolutely not!!!

I think it is worth noting that Yelp has become a place mainly for complaints, whether it be a nail…read moresalon or a restaurant. That being said, there are probably many hundreds of people who love Sunny Nails and don't leave good reviews. I have been going here since they opened and yes, sometimes I do have to wait but I know that because it is impossible to time every appointment perfectly. I think it is important to find someone you like and use that person each visit. I have never seen anyone treated rudely. Just check out the parking lot and it will explain why they are the Best!!! They invested a lot of money to give Searcy clients an upscale experience in a great location. Highly recommend!!!

Me and my mom just got a pedicure and we were there for 2 hours! Worst pedicure of my life…read more The guy burned me with the hot towel and hot stone. He dropped the second hot stone so he didn't use it on my left leg at all. He repeatedly kept digging his thumb on my bruised ankle. He barely buffed my feet and the buffer was so thin and black. It looked disgusting. Like it was never cleaned properly. It's time to throw that buffer away! He didn't use any lotion.

They do decent. That being said, I've given them 2 chances. The first time I was with a group and…read morejust figured they were in a rush. I've purchased the more expensive pedicure both times; love a good massage and some hot rocks and all that jazz. Says (60min) on the "menu". Well this time they weren't busy....so I opted on the same one. How do they finish in 30min again? When the menu if I remember correctly said 25min massage with hot rocks and such...then 15min with this special serum that does whatever and removes toxins and such. So 2 stars because I don't call that efficient....thats a rip off. I would have settled for 10min short since I don't have polish to remove or apply but this was an excessively shortened, and I can't find any reason to be done in 30min when it included 40min of massages alone. So this time my tip was in the form of you getting to work half as long as you should have. Won't be back.

I chose a conservative mauve pink but when I saw him painting a really bright, almost neon orange on the first toe I politely told him it was the wrong color. I showed him again. The second time he brought a bright neon pink, removed the previous polish on the big toe with polish remover and did not clean it with alcohol or apply a base coat. Bright neon pink still isn't mauve but I just kept quiet. It was a clean salon with many polish choices, but I'm not sure I'll go back. Color is a very important part of a service.

Every nail has something wrong with it. It does not look like professional nail salon, quality set of nails. every time I tried to say something about it not looking right or feeling right I got brushed off getting told I'm not done. Don't worry I'm not done. It'll look great when that was done. They do not look great. They do not feel great. They make me want to cry because they do not make me happy. They are not nice pretty nails. I don't get to get my nails done often and when I can get them done I want them to look fucking amazing and they don't look amazing. There are ridges. There are bumps. They are not rounded and professional, looking nails. That's my biggest issue as I went to a professional nail salon and they look like my eight-year-old did them.
