The second time he brought a bright neon pink, removed the previous polish on the big toe with polish remover and did not clean it with alcohol or apply a base coat. Bright neon pink still isn't mauve but I just kept quiet. It was a clean salon with many polish choices, but I'm not sure I'll go back. Color is a very important part of a service.
