Ryan was going to fill over the almost completely lifted nails. They did not use sterile drill bits or nail files. After 3 fills, my nails started popping off. Two nails had fungus. One nail is black, the other green. I went back and showed them my nails and stated that I was pissed and wanted my money back. They ignored my request. I showed all the clients in the salon having their nails done. I told them they need to leave if they don't want their nails to look like mine. It is extremely embarrassing. I now have to take an antifungal medicine for at least 6 months. I'm forwarding my medical bills. They will give me my money back. I'll return very mad and make it known this place is disgusting. me and my sister decided to go here to get our nails done and girl, i have got a few things to say…read more first off, i had to wait nearly 2 hours before they even started on my nails. second off, the acrylic part was poorly done and had a lot of excess on the bottom side of the nail. third off, the painting job was stupendous. they did not wait for your nails to dry when they put another layer on. my nails are very chipped and uneven. the paint job is messed up in multiple areas and the coats were done very uneven. although on the bright-side.. they were very nice people and they had candy. they also have a very good color range. thank you.
