The guy that polished my toes got polish all over my skin and did not clean it. My toes look awful. My dip fill: again, my cuticles are a mess. No clean up. She filed too close to my cuticles, and I have scabs where she filed them. She cut my nails very short after I told her not to. My nails are atrocious. The color is close to what I asked for but it's not what I asked for. The techs kept talking very loudly across the room to each other. It wasn't a peaceful experience at all. I listed to her ask for a pedicure( no appointment) and they assisted her to sign in. 5 minutes later she was being escorted to a pedicure chair while I still waited an additional 2-3 minutes. I was finally seated next to her when I noticed a technician come from the back and assist her first. Immediately the front seat worker came to me as explained that the lady had an appointment, that was why she was being serviced before me. I thought it was awkward that she would come out of no where to explain "why" someone else who came in After me is being serviced before me. I waited another 2-3 minutes before I realized I was being racially discriminated against. I over heard the nail tech tell the lady "you had appointment ok?" the lady laughed and said "ok". I immediately started to shake the water off my feet so I could leave. As soon I took the 2nd step the owner jumped up from the last pedicure bowl Explaining "someone is coming to take care you ma'am". I told her that lady didn't have an appointment, I heard her sign in and she didn't have an appointment. I proceeded to walk out as the lady tried to explain a situation I didn't even know she was aware of. So that further lets me know they were ALL in on racially discriminating against me. The owner Peter, is warm and friendly and speaks good English. This is important because that is not the case in most salons. Owner is kind and caring and a good person. Plan to keep going here for a long time
