I took 1 star away because of the staff. The only thing that I don't like so far is that there are only 2 people working! So there may be a wait when you show up. For example, came one a Wed morning around 1010 for a shellac manicure. 2 people were at manicure stations and 2 in pedicure stations. Then one of the ladies getting a manicure moved over to pedicure, and one of the ladies getting pedicure ended up getting manicure as well. So I waited 45 minutes until I just left because.... why did I even wait that long? They do a really good job but of you see people here already getting nails done and only 2 people working, come back. read more

My mother and I dropped in for pedicures on a Friday morning. We had hot water and a great experience here. Staff was friendly too.

I booked a appointment got my nails done only a week later one broke then before I went back to get it fixed then another nail broke so I went back to get them Fixed they charged me 20 dollars to fix two Nails she said it was because she gave me a fill now I'm sitting here looking crazy because another one broke my thing is if you can't do what I Asked for why try but I won't be returning read more

We are visiting family & I needed to find a place to get a Spa Pedicure. I went on line, checked locations close to where we are & also checked their YELP stars which I always go by! This place is CLEAN & I am thrilled I went here. I decided on the DELUXE SPA Pedicure & so happy I did! I had the husband Owner & he was so pleasant & you can tell, him & his wife take PRIDE in their business!! I promise, you will NOT be disappointed going here! Went in to have nails painted with Shellac. The gentleman first decided to file my nails so short and into an awful shape. About half way through polishing I was concerned at how uneven the polish was. He didn't even get the polish near the edges. My nails looked worse than 2 weeks of growth. The polish was bumpy all over and completely missing in some places. After I addressed it, he tried "fixing" it, but by that point there was no hope for them. I didn't even stay to have the polish taken off. I never make reviews like this but something should be said the save people from wasting their time. It's completely unprofessional to have someone working there that has no business doing nails. By far the worst nail job I've ever had or seen! My girlfriends said my 6 year old could have done better. read more

I looked up this salon on yelp, and came here because of the reviews. It was all true. The owners were very nice and friendly. I'm new to Cabot, so I was looking for different places for shopping and she gave me great suggestions. I will be back. I really enjoyed my visit, and my nails looked fabulous. I have been here twice and both times have had to wait over an hour because the owners are the only 2 workers. The woman did my nails the first time and it was great. However, the second time I waited almost 2 hours and then the man did not speak to me the entire time he was doing my dip powder. He rounded my nails down so far that my real nails are now messed up. Also left the dip stuck to the skin on my fingers everywhere. No one ever acknowledged my wait, or apologized for it or the poor job. Will not be going back. read more

My daughter and I went to get our nails done at Star nails. We waited an hour & a half because their are only 2 people working there. The lady worked on my daughters nails while the man worked on mine. I specifically asked the man if he could do a solar nail and I showed him what I wanted, well, right before he put on some sort of clear coat I asked him why there wasn't any color to my mail? The picture that I showed him apparently was of solar nails that are "ombré " I had no clue to ask for "ombré" I showed the guy what I would like to have done. I'm not a nail technician. He proceeded to tell me it would have cost more $. I replied that's fine I don't mine paying for what I want. His wife told me I should of showed him a picture of what I wanted. Excuse me, I did. Then she said we'll we would of had to mix 2 different powders and put on a different tip. Okay, how am I suppose to know that. That's why I'm paying you to do my nails. So, apparently it was my fault why I didn't get the nails I wanted. Very rude and very disrespectful. They lost a customer I will not be going back. To top it off my nails were uneven. The top coat was lumpy and uneven as well. I can't believe this place is still on business. read more

This place is clean, bright and welcoming. The husband and wife duo do a great job and are friendly. If you came in a large group, I'm not sure how they would accommodate everyone, but they would definitely try. There are 4-5 pedicure chairs and just as many manicure stations. The technicians really want to give you exactly what you want, so don't be afraid to speak up and say something. I got a pedicure, and I will be back. The price is very reasonable for the lengths they go to keep everything that you encounter sanitary. ($25 pedicure) There are many colors to choose from, and the nail technicians are talented. I noticed that the clients are friendly as well, so if you're wanting to relax, close your eyes and enjoy the massage chairs. Enjoy a visit to Star Nails, you won't regret it! If you're concerned about not being accommodated, call and make an appointment! (Update) I called to make an appointment and they are not taking them at this time. They are so busy! read more

They are sweet and do a good job, but when I get shellac, instead of painting one whole hand then curing it in the uv light while he does the other hand, he paints one nail at a time and cures each nail. That's 10 times more uv radiation than is necessary! read more

So pretty! I was impressed by how clean and well styled everything was. The pedicure basins were a lovely transparent copper tone and they used disposable liners for each client. There was only two people working so we had to wait a bit but the pedicure was great. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This place is very, very clean and has a very cozy atmosphere. Everything is new and well cared for. The staff are extremely sweet and accommodating, and very good at their jobs. I left extremely pleased and pampered. They obviously take pride in their work.
