I Wanted: acrylic fill with gel..... so I scheduled my appointment at 1:30pm for 2:45 pm. I arrived and waited until 3:37 for someone to finally see me and remove my gel. I proceeded to wait for 10 min for another person to start my service. The woman cleaned around my acrylic and didn't push back my cuticles. I addressed it when she started to attempt to lay the acrylic down. I explained that my cuticles needed to be pushed back and filed and she insisted she did - not which she didn't. So I pushed my cuticles back and showed her my nails with dead skin and explained I don't want my nails lifting from the dead skin. Long story short the owner didn't even look at my nails and said it was done. This will cause lifting and force customers to pay for nails to be fixed by the time they're due for a fill. THIS IS THEFT! I insisted on paying for my gel being removed and left. read more

I really wish I could rate better. Because of the great reviews and not having a car, this location was great to walk too. The first time I went, they were not open at the time they said they would be open. The 2nd time, I set an appointment to avoid not being seen. I go in and I'm 20 min early to my appointment, I walk in and instantly was looked at and told I could not be seen. I ask how not as I scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm on Wednesday. I was told many times that was not accurate so I went on my phone and verified the time and day I called, I even gave the same description of the conversation to then be told omg I'm sorry, I do remember your call now but I did not add you to my calendar. Then I was told I could be seen but I would have to wait until the very last appointment. Let's just say I was so disappointed as I'm moving and wanted to experience this company yet I did not have a great experience nor did my nails get done. read more

Nice people but I asked for gel nails they told me to upgrade my gel nail to "shellac" or some name like that,which was 15 dollars more then a regular gel nail I said no I'm fine I've never had to upgrade my gel nails before. Got the normal gel nails my nail polished looked completely cracked the next day. Horrible! I rather go somewhere else to get a normal gel nail without upgrading 15$ more to get non cracked nails read more

I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a nail salon. I have been going to this salon since the beginning of the year. I was referred by my mother. She hadn't had any issues other than the guy being too rough so I gave them a shot. All was well and I haven't had any complaints myself other than the same guy being rough and cutting me with the file a couple times. My nails have lasted with no chips or lifting until after the 10th day or so. This time they started chipping, cracking, and lifting from all of my nails after the 2nd day. They kept getting worse so now on day 6 I called and explained the problem and Annie agreed to take care of them if I came at 4pm which I did. When I arrived, I explained again and showed both of them every nail was a mess. They wanted to drill the cracked and chipped areas then dip them with one more coat of dip powder. I told them that wasn't going to fix them especially from lifting up from the bottom where they adhere to your natural nails. I kept repeating myself and he just kept yelling and saying he was going to fix them but what he wanted to do would absolutely NOT fixed them. It would have only covered up the cracks and chips. They would still be lifting from my nails. I finally just had to leave after being talked to like an idiot in a business. I simply wanted my nails to last like they tell everyone who comes in 2-4 weeks. Even though mine never go past 2. I have spent hundreds of dollars in their place on the fees plus tips, referred friends, family, even strangers when they've complimented my nails! I left bawling from being publicly humiliated and laughed at. Yes he kept laughing about it like the true arrogant person he is. People never cease to amaze me read more
