During the service, the technician over-filed my natural nails to an excessively thin state, applied far too much glue, and caused a chemical burn beneath the nail bed. Within days, my nails became infected, resulting in intense pain, swelling, and discoloration. I was forced to have the acrylics professionally removed and required an urgent-care visit for treatment. My nails remain severely compromised, painful, and at risk of permanent damage. When I contacted the salon to request a refund for the poor service and resulting medical costs, they refused to accept any responsibility despite the clear evidence of negligence. I cannot recommend this establishment under any circumstances. Please protect your health and avoid this salon entirely--future clients could easily suffer the same, or even worse, irreversible harm.

One nail is black, the other green. I went back and showed them my nails and stated that I was pissed and wanted my money back. They ignored my request. I showed all the clients in the salon having their nails done. I told them they need to leave if they don't want their nails to look like mine. It is extremely embarrassing.
