Best nail salon in Conway and I have been going there for three years and Jen is wonderful!!

Awful. Spent $40 plus tip for dip nails that are awful. Will not return. Glue all in and around my nails... felt like dirt under them. Parts not dove all the way down the nail. They left paint on different places on my hand. Don't recommend. read more

Not a fancy shop but the employees and other customers were very talkative and friendly. The male tech would did my pedicure did an excellent job, and the price was cheaper than my regular shop. read more

Those who wrote negative reviews didn't ask for the right person. If you're looking for friendly, as in happy conversationalist, you're in the wrong place. If you want a professional who will give you a great mani/pedi, look no further. I've been many places, but have never found anyone to compare to my girl at Nail Teks. When she is on vacation, I wait for her...and thats why my feet are looking rough right now. This was my salon for 6 years. I had to move to CA and I was so upset that I was going to have to find a new nail salon. Sandy and Terry are awesome and so nice. They know their regulars by name and the pedicures are by far the BEST pedicures I have ever received. Try them out if you are in Conway and you wont be disappointed. I went in to get a fill anticipating I would only spend about $25 because that seems to be the average price. I got a fill will gel and they charged me $18 for the fill and another $20 for THE GEL. I have been to nails salons all over the country and have NEVER had to pay $20 for the polish alone. $38 for a fill when a whole new full set is about $40. Insane. read more

This place is the best. I've been going there 8 years. Never had a problem. Occasionally I've tried other salons in Conway when I couldn't get in to Nailteks. They have all been a disappointment. I always return to Nailteks. read more

This place is the best. You might have to wait but it's worth it. The pedicures leave your feet so incredibly soft and if you get a gel manicure it lasts forever. They always try to work you in if you don't have an appointment. read more

I paid 45.00 for gel nails. I understand some new immigrants have an english problem but, absolutely nobody spoke a word of it. She kept trying to give me acrylics even though she had the numbered gel kit right there. She only painted mynails. No powder at all. I kept showing it to her, saying gel only, ridiculous. She could say, card and 45 dollars. It would have been futile to call anybody, the "no english thing." Within 2 days my nails were broken torn below the quick. 3 months of growing them out, over. I tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment the day prior, when I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. The instruments were not cleaned properly, the nail file was dripping nail dust from previous clients. Eww. I was so uncomfortable, I left mid-pedicure and I would def not be back. A so-so salon if you are looking to get in and out fast with no personal service. No customer service or acknowledgement other than when you first get there. As I was trying to decide on a color, a nail technician grabbed the colors I had set aside and took them to her client and never brought them back. They don't talk to you other than to direct you where to sit. The manicure is ok but they don't paint your nails back to the cuticle so you have to return more often to have them re-done therefore putting more money in their pocket. They are so rude that it doesn't matter whether they do a good job or not if you can't get past the rudeness. Their sign says Walk-ins Welcome, but you are not and will be treated shamefully. There are way too many other places out there that know what customer service is to bother with this place. read more

There was a wait and they told us to come back. We came back and waited just about 15 minutes. My friend and I got manicures with french tips. The next day my friends white nail polish started coming off. Mine held on a couple more days and started peeling off. I'm very disappointed. Should the nail polish stay on more than three days?
