I said, there won't be a next time. I really liked this nail salon and went several times before the last two times. The last two times the same man did my nails the first time this man did my nails I had to go back and have them redone by someone else because they were not fully painted or evenly filed. The last time I didn't bother going back they looked terrible and I had the one nail completely ripped off not only did it hurt really bad it also completely ruined my natural nail. That was my last time at Maumelle nails!!

Simple enough, right? Apparently not. They did pedis on two of the girls while the third just sat there awkwardly waiting--no hello, no update, no acknowledgment. Meanwhile, I was supposed to be getting a pedicure too... but they completely ignored me like I was invisible. And when they finally got to the third girl after the other two were already done, the male tech asked her what color she wanted... then straight up IGNORED her answer and painted them the same as the others. I literally stepped in and said, "I'm paying for this. She wants a different color." And he STILL did what he wanted. Are you kidding me?! The kicker? Each pedi lasted under 10 minutes. No massage. No real care. Just dunk, polish, done. For $35 a kid and $10 more for a rushed nail painting? Nah. Oh, and the only time they spoke directly to me was at checkout--where they still expected me to pay for a pedicure I never got. I wasn't about to make the girls wait around while I got a rushed pedi just for the sake of "sticking to the plan." This was supposed to be a fun birthday treat. Instead, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Moral of the story: save your money and your patience. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Lyn does my nails and she does the best job of anyone I've been to in Little Rock. Don and another nice lady do my pedi's and they are spot-on, relaxing and do a perfect job. I love the hot towel leg wraps! Prices are very fair, salon is clean and comfortable and lots of parking.

Typically, nail techs check in throughout the service to make sure you're happy with the shape, length, and overall look. That didn't happen here. I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed.

The guy that polished my toes got polish all over my skin and did not clean it. My toes look awful. My dip fill: again, my cuticles are a mess. No clean up. She filed too close to my cuticles, and I have scabs where she filed them. She cut my nails very short after I told her not to. My nails are atrocious. The color is close to what I asked for but it's not what I asked for. The techs kept talking very loudly across the room to each other. It wasn't a peaceful experience at all. I do not recommend this place.
