The person doing my nails ripped my nail off, it was a terrible experience and I was charged $55 When I complained about my nail being ripped off they took $5 off but said next time it'd be full price. I said, there won't be a next time. I really liked this nail salon and went several times before the last two times. The last two times the same man did my nails the first time this man did my nails I had to go back and have them redone by someone else because they were not fully painted or evenly filed. The last time I didn't bother going back they looked terrible and I had the one nail completely ripped off not only did it hurt really bad it also completely ruined my natural nail. That was my last time at Maumelle nails!!

They know almost everyone's names & friendly greets them as they walk through the door. That is a good sign that most are repeat customers. I love the hot towel leg wraps! Prices are very fair, salon is clean and comfortable and lots of parking.

She didn't hurt me while taking the old gel off, she was easily able to recreate my reference photo on my nails, and she gives a pretty good hand massage. Kim didn't talk much but that's okay with me (I don't talk a lot either), only reason I mention it is in case you're a lady who like to chat, maybe request a different tech. The salon itself was super cute and they were even hosting a pumpkin contest amongst their staff and letting the customers vote for a winner. Anyway, 10/10 experience, I shall return.

I hadn't eaten lunch and started feeling a little dizzy, and they immediately went out of their way to help - turning the AC down, putting fans on me, moving me to a cooler chair, and offering me a Sprite. It's never fun having something like that happen, especially when you're brand new to a city, but I'm so glad I happened to be at Blossom Nail Studio. They made me feel incredibly taken care of, and I'll definitely be back!

But…read moretoday the worker doing my nails obviously struggled, and made my nails bleed with the drill. I was in obvious pain most of the appointment. I also asked for almond nails (with inspo pictures) and got square, despite trying to correct multiple times. Another worker checked her work when I thought we were finished and determined it was so bad, she drilled off all of polish and started over. This took over 2 hours. After this encounter, I was still charged full price for nails that looked nothing like the inspo I wanted.
