My boyfriend and I went to get a pedicure and I also needed a fill. There were only two workers the woman was very sweet and did a good job on my toes but the man who did my fill was awful. He cut me several times and didn't apologize. My nails look horrible, he reeked of cigarette smoke. He complained about how bad my nails looked before and then made them look horrible. read more

In terms of all the Pedicure Salons I've visited overall undesirable. Waited several minutes before I was acknowledged and there were no other customers inside. Water in tub was to hot for me and the person next to me. Older chairs with worn and cracked upholstery. Water all over the floor. Pedicure wasn't bad but I give it a 4 out 10. read more

I've been going here every once in a while, I'd say I've been about 4-5 times. The prices are pretty good and the employees are very, very nice. BUT the last time I went i got a gel manicure and the gel polish stayed VERY well and was beautiful but I could not get it off myself and I don't have the money for another manicure. So i couldn't get it off so i sucked it up and just went back to Paradise and asked them to just take off the gel polish that was left. So they simply filed off the polish, put on some clear coat (that lasted maybe a day) and charged my $15!! Mind you, I did mention that I tried to take it off myself because I could NOT afford a manicure. Not that i expected it to be free but the lady spent a whole 5 minutes of her time on my nails and there was no one waiting or anything. I'm not sure what I paid $15 for. read more

I called ahead to see if they take appointments, they do not first come first serve. I entered and asked for a pedicure. Another two women came in behind me. I was taken to massage chair and started soaking my feet when I noticed toenail clippings in the water so I took my feet out. No manicurist was with me so I waited. After 5 or so minutes someone came over and asked if the water was too hot... I explained the water was dirty. Then the two women that came in behind me sat down and were set up soaking their feet. I was moved to a different chair.... The dirty one was never cleaned... Rinsed out and used. When a manicurist did come over she sat down and started working on both women that came in behind me. So much for first come first serve theory or policy. The salon is very dirty; dust and lint, hair etc. ventilation could be better. Staff is friendly, not a lot of foreign conversation(I personally like English in public places as this is America). My pedicure looks nice but when I go out for a pedicure it is for me to relax and be pampered so for the money spent I expect strong customer service and a clean environment . I will not return.
