She said she didn't need her nails manicured and hardly worried about her hair getting cut. She ended up giving them a try and has enjoyed each visit since. This year I asked her what she wanted and she said, "a gift card to my salon". I don't know how these ladies did it but Mom (who isn't the easiest to win over) has come to look forward to visiting them and, yes - getting her nails done. :)
