I took my my 3 year old to get her nails done. The first time she was forget about every 15 minutes…read moreand they ignored my request for them to do gel and proceeded to do normal nail polish that caused her to mess them up. They fixed it once before and kept walking away from her instead of focusing on her and her nails. I constantly had to remind them her nails were unfinished and didn't even have the colors she wanted. By the end of it they refused to even allow her to get her design on one hand. So they did not follow the instructions to due gel, they didnt even let her chose her own color, they did not complete her nails or the design. When I called back the following weekend after I believe 3 day they said that they would do the nail complimentary. I schedule the appointment for 12 they the switched it 24 hours before to 1pm which thats fine we followed the new time since it was supposed to be on the house. When I arrived they were confused as to who I was and when I explained the situation they were very kind and understanding, but when she was finished getting her nails done I had expected to at most pay for the difference in the gel vs regular but was told I was supposed to pay full price because "they had fixed them 3 times before" which was not true. They fixed them 2 times after multiple times of being asked. Which was why I requested her to have gel as that drying period was not as long with the gel. But due to the staffing incompetence I had to not only drive 40 minutes out of the way a second time I also had to pay for her nails that should have been done correctly the first time. If they had listened the first time and done gel it would not have been an issue ith the drying as well as the man stayed focused on my daughter then walking up front and around the building. Do not advertise kid nails if you are not willing to do kid nails. Her nails were absolutely terrible.

The lady when I asked if she could fix my nails said nothing was wrong with it and if I didn't like it, it could be fixed later. The later never came. She never fixed it and rudely talked about me in Vietnamese to her coworkers. After I was finished the lady up front rudely asked if I had a problem and kept glaring at me from across the room after I said no. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Dirty and horrible hygiene. Not only did the woman repeatedly just cough out into the open, no mouth covering, no head turning, no cough dabbing, no nothing, she then quadruple sneezed, used her hands as tissues, and then rubbed her hands together, I guess in order to be sure that all bodily fluids would thoroughly seep into her hands, she proceeds to touch everything on her desk like it was an OCD tic, all before reaching for my hands to get started. I had to be the one to ask her to go wash her hands first, because you know, basic human hygiene and ~presumed~ business sanitary standards. But wait, there's more *informercial sales voice*! This woman (in the white "Glamour" shirt on 7/7/23) cuts me on 7 fingers, worked with a dirty, stained up nail file (until I requested for her to get a new one), kept all her tools stored in a dusty pencil box, and though they might not have great hygiene methods, they all acquire excellent sharing mannerisms in that they all seemingly just share the same nail drill on everyone. I watched her pass the same drill/drill bit that she used on me, to another woman who used it on two other little girls feet, and then come back around and tried using THE SAME ONE on me again, without any form of sanitization or even just simply switching out the drill bit first. When I say I went to Target IMMEDIATELY and grabbed up that Neosporin, mannn, y'all go on ahead and step aside with all that speed of light nonsense cause my guy, Roemer about to head back just to study the speed of my aspirational infection prevention course.

I had to have them redone PROFESSIONALLY by someone else. I cried and cried when I got home from the salon. Not to mention the facility itself is quite run down and smells of musk and mold. This would have been ok but they for some reason they drained my water 10 minutes in and never replaced it until they came back to do my feet. They were so busy there was none I could bring this issue up too. Then once it was my turn, she proceeded to make mean comments about my toes and how weird my nails were. Then make horrible comments about my feet and saying they were terrible loud enough for the whole place and everyone in it to hear. I explained that they last place I went to didn't to the best job and she then proceeded to inform me I just have terrible feet and should take better care of them. I get monthly pedicures as well as shave my callous skin at home routinely I feel that I was bullied the whole time and that it was very unprofessional. I understand if you think my feet need extra love, but you do not explain this to the whole salon and make the customer feel uncomfortable.
