I'd give a zero star rating if I could. The nail tech cut my cuticles so badly they bled. I spoke to the manager, after I paid, and she gave me $10 to "make things right". I called my husband, and he called them, explaining that they needed to make the situation right, and give a full refund! He told them that the nail tech never apologized for cutting me, was rough, and never spoke one word to me! They sat me down and proceeded to file off the gel polish, not soak! They filed off part of it. Did not even remove all of it! my nails are sore and bloody! If you know what's good for you, you'll stay away from this place! Oh! The tools there, are filthy! According to European Nails, this is what good service looks like. Asked the nail tech several times if he could be a bit gentler, and if he could fix the shape of my nails. I watched him put the bloody dremel back in the drawer. The dip is uneven, some parts not even covered, and parts were also melted to my skin. Took a lot of elbow grease to separate. Went in today to talk the manager, and he refused to fix them, and then refused to refund me. Do not recommend and will not be back. Got gel polish on my fingernails but she did regular polish on my toes, and then put the sandals on afterwards which smudged my nails.... they said gel would be $20 extra, and that I could wait to have them fixed with regular polish. I took my mom here for Mother's Day, and we got mani pedi's. I called ahead, made a reservation, did everything in my power to be good clients and to not be a stressor. My mom stated multiple times the staff made her uncomfortable and where aggressive on her feet. I got my nails done (acrylic), and firstly the nails looked NOTHING like the reference photo. I chose to opt out of the flowers because it was getting close to their closing time but the way they treated me when I got my nails done is why I'm writing this review. They nicked my cuticles MULTIPLE times with the drill tool AND a normal nail file, and one was a major bleed. They did NOT separate the tools they used (and nicked me with) but instead put them back in their drawer like nothing happened. My nail tech took a FaceTime call while he was doing my nails, and while he was on the call he filed my mail so hard the plastic tip broke off (maybe the glue hadn't sat all the way, but I really think it was from how hard he was filing). I spent $200 on mani pedi's with my mom and my nails looked awful, service here is a joke, and don't even bother asking for some type of compensation or refund, it's impossible. For most nail places, I could look over some flaws, however for EXPERIENCED and EXPENSIVE nail service, I should never walk out of a nail salon with a bandage on my finger because you don't know how to work a nail drill with 5 years experience. Trust me when I say, you could have a way better experience somewhere else Also Edit; I forgot to mention that after a week I had two nails break off horribly. One broke off after bumping my dog (we were having a dance party and my index finger on my right hand broke off). I went in wanting some purple glitter nails for a show that I'm in. I wanted them to be coffin shaped but not too long. The man that I was with I think his name was Tony did not listen when I told him the nails were different length and shapes. Every time I brought it up he would file my nails as painful as possible and gave me cuts in my fingers that still hurt the next day. They were so bad I called and schedule an appointment to have them fixed. I only have pictures of the nails they "fixed" which are still not great. They were extremely condescending the entire time they "fixed" them. I asked for the same thing this time as well. They gave me long square nails that are lopsided and uneven and totally rushed through doing the nails. They tried to tell me I had dip nails when I had acrylics and got mad when I told them they were wrong. They said my nails were too short to do coffin nails when I've had them far shorter and had that shape done. The owner yelled at me and told me the reason I was so picky is because I didn't know how nails were done or what I was talking about... which is untrue. They also left so much glue under my nails and the reason they are so misshapen is because when they put in the acrylic they absolutely destroyed the nice shape that the only polite worker in the whole establishment worked so hard on. They also filed all of the color off the sides when they were finished painting my nails. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon since I moved to Conway 3 years ago. Their customer service and quality of service has gotten so bad lately. I normally wouldn't write a review but the last 2 experiences I have had with this place are so terrible. I made an appointment last Wednesday to get a manicure (dip) and when I got there I was promptly sat at a station. I ended up sitting with my fingers in the acetone for 30 minutes before anyone came over. Finally someone came over and buffed my nails and told me I could leave. What? I just sat back down and he asked "did you want a manicure too?" The receptionist had even asked my color and had it sitting on the table next to me. When I informed him that I had an appointment at 3:00 for a dip manicure he rolled his eyes, the manager said something, and the receptionist looked bewildered. He moved me over to his station and was so incredibly rude the whole time. Now on to the quality- the last 3 times I have gotten dip from here it cracks and breaks almost immediately. Well, wouldn't you know it, half of the dip on my thumb nail has come off. I just called to ask if they could fix my ONE NAIL. One. And the receptionist (I don't think it's the same one that has been there for a long time) asks me which tech did them, it doesn't matter I would just like my nail fixed, again- one nail. She told me they didn't have time today but she could fit me in later this week. One nail. 10 minutes max. Also I always call and make appointments now because last time I didn't the nail tech basically berated me for not calling ahead. Don't waste your time here. read more

The lady Lindsey literally made me cry because she got upset that I told her she cut my nail to short. She started yelling at me in front of everyone, throwing her stuff around even after multiple times of me telling her she doesn't have to take them off. I didn't say a word bc I was scared and she was yelling at me so loud and told me "someone else can do your nails". After thirty mins of me sitting and waiting and literally crying in my mask trying to hide it another nail tech comes up ..doesn't say a word bc I already heard her in the back yelling and screaming to her employees about me. I show them both a picture of the nail length I want and they both ignore it and cut it how they want.. after about an hour and half he starts shaping my nails.. I wanted a simple short oval nail and he starts cutting the sides all jagged. I start getting upset bc the nails are looking horrible, and I ask them for a discount bc no one would ever pay 60$ for nails that are crooked. She starts yelling again and I ask her why she had to be so mean that she made me cry in the nail salon and she said .. " IT MAKES ME HAPPY TO SEE YOU CRY"... they then tell me I have to pay for these nails or I have to sit there and soak them off. I tell them I'm not going to wait another 30 mins after being there already for almost 2 hours. My back was hurting and my anxiety was horrible because of the way they treated me and watched me cry in the chair. They start cutting the ends of my nails off while all surrounding me, her the receptionist and the nail tech and then say we"re not taking the rest of them off and walk away. This is what I ended up with.. and this was after I had "tried to fix them"Was the worse experienced and I am literally traumatized by miss Lindsey and her salon. read more

I have been here a few times and the pedicure and manicure were fine. However, the customer service is not very good and the receptionist was downright rude to many people during the time that I was there. They definitely need some training on their customer service. Even when I mentioned her sarcasm, she said "thank you" instead of "I'm sorry, that wasn't my intention". It is also difficult to wear the mask the entire time when the air conditioning is not set at a comfortable temperature. I am fairly new in town, but expect more based on past experiences. I have been coming here for two years for tips & dip and pedicures. I even bring Mamma and we so enjoy the staff! Madison, Lindsey and Kevin are friendly and accommodating. We feel like family when we are here and we're never disappointed. I have witnessed rude customers behaving badly but never the staff. We'll keep coming and getting our Mani/Pedis at European! I have been a customer at European Street Nails & Spa since I moved to Conway in July. I could not be happier with the manicures and pedicures I have received,! I am a 84 year old woman who enjoys looking attractive. I feel my best when my nails look and feel good. I have aging feet with arthritis and some swelling. I experience such gentle care as the pedicurist massages my feet. It is obvious to me that these persons are well trained. I am in less pain today because I was there yesterday. If I could give European Nails and Spa a negative 5 that would be appropriate for the service I received there. I stopped at this nail salon bc it's location is convenient. I had a terrible experience. The lady that did my nails started to use an air tool to remove my polish instead of soaking polish off. When I ask her to soak my polish off she acted like she either didn't hear me or didn't understand me. Long story short, after she was done with me my nails were a mess. I got a pedicure along with getting shellac on my nails. Mani, Pedi and tip was $115. I went back 2 days later and ask the young girl at the front desk if they could do anything to make this awful experience better. First off she could not work me in right then. My original visit I was a walk in and got immediate attn. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to make an appt to for them to correct. So I went back the next day. I ask if a different person could fix my nails. I was told no. Same lady started with air tools again. . I said no, please soak off polish and she acted like she did not know what that meant. Again, long story short, 2nd visit was another terrible experience. They did not make me feel they were happy to fix the mess the nail tech made by not knowing out to use air tool . To the contrary, they tried to make me feel like the problem. After letting my nails grow for 2 wks, I went to a nail salon in WLR I know and trust. The nail tech there told me person that did my nails did not know how to use air tool. She also told me it would be 4 to 6 wks before my nails would be healthy again. I gave European Nails a chance to correct the issue and was treated like I was the issue!!! Please do not go here. My wife worked as a receptionist from June to September of this year (2022). I did have my eyebrows waxed here once and the service was fine, but that does not excuse the abuse my wife endured while working there. My wife is a very kind and loving person who goes out of her way to make sure all clients are comfortable and tended to. Many of the regulars can attest to this. She has come home on multiple occasions crying because of the bullying she had received from Lindsay, who is the owner of the Spa. Lindsay would often ridicule my wife for having memory issues stemming from childhood trauma, then proceed to act confused when my wife would explain why she has a hard time remembering some things. Lindsay often compared my wife to the other receptionists working there saying "[Other receptionist(s)] are so good at remembering things, why can't you be like them?" Keep in my mind my wife is a somewhat sensitive person when it comes to critical comments like this (again, something my wife has tried to explain to Lindsay multiple times). This comment alone broke my wife's spirit, much to my anger. Lindsay manipulates her receptionists by buying them, including my wife, expensive gifts that were not asked for. She expects them to take the abuse because she has shown her "love" by buying these gifts. Many of the techs and receptionists have overheard Lindsay criticizing the other receptionists while they are not there. Lindsay often lies to the receptionists, telling each one a completely different story to turn them against the techs, customers, ex workers, and others. Upon discussing these things with the other receptionists, my wife discovered the abuse, as I have stated, extends to all of the receptionists there. Lindsay tried to have my wife fire a nail tech (very rudely might I add) which is not her job. Lindsay tried to manipulate my wife into this which she was VERY uncomfortable with, then acted like she didn't care when my wife refused to. As of September 8th, 2022, Lindsay has also been working while being, most certainly, infected with COVID, which she received from one of the receptionists (not my wife). The receptionist with COVID immediately notified Lindsay and took off to avoid the infection of others. The night of September 8th Lindsay called the infected receptionist telling her that she suspects that she, Lindsay, has COVID herself. During this call Lindsay instructed this receptionist to (deliberately) not inform ANYONE that both her and the receptionist have COVID, which is an obvious health hazard, not to mention how unethical this is. Lindsay continued to work with COVID knowingly, even as up to today's date (September 12th, 2022). There is much more that can be explained, but I will save your time. I usually really like this place they usually do a a good job, i get dip on my natural nails but i found that the last couple times i've gone my dip has cracked within the first couple of days and when i go and get it fixed they are kind of rude about it and all of the nail techs are pretty rude in general... they do a good job but it's not really worth the attitude anymore. read more

I was with my three-year-old daughter and my 16-year-old niece. We walked in at 10:45 a.m. and asked if they had availability for an acrylic set, a pedicure with regular polish (I think it's called the number three), my eyebrows waxed, and a hands/feet polish for my three-year-old. The receptionist checked with the appointment book and told us it was no problem. Within 10 minutes I was soaking my feet in the chair and my niece had started her acrylic set. Kem did my pedicure and she did a fine job, but it took over an hour. After I had been at the salon for an hour and a half I told her I had to leave to go pick up family for an event. I told her I would be back in 20 minutes to pick up my daughter and my niece. The receptionist said that the child's polish takes about five minutes and that my niece should be close to finished. She mentioned something about adults come first, but didn't explain. I also told a guy name Tony that I would be back in 20 minutes and both of my girls needed to be finished by then. He said it was no problem. I came back 20 minutes later and my niece had just finished and my daughter was still sitting there with nothing done. I told my daughter we had to leave and she would not have her nails done. She started to cry. Not because she is spoiled, because she had waited patiently for two hours to have her nails painted and no one got to her despite my reminding two people that we had been at the salon for 2 hours and my daughter had yet to have her service. When I paid my daughter was crying and there was not one apology from anyone at the salon. I also saw a customer next to me sit so long waiting for a pedicure they had to come and add warm water to her bowl. Not once was My niece or I offered a drink. My eyebrows were not waxed. They weren't even mentioned again. I went to a salon for 4 services and walked out 2 hours later with only 2 completed. read more

I had high hopes based on reviews and walking in the facilities made a positive impression. The basins are lined with a plastic cover which was really nice as well. Unfortunately my nail technician was so rough with the callous remover that she scraped right down to raw skin all over my feet. After scraping up my feet so bad the paragon wax did feel good. After she did the first round I winced and asked her to back off. She didn't let the solution sit on my feet long enough to soften the dead skin. Then upon putting on the clear coat of my french manicure she bumped it and had to redo the nail. I'm sad to say I won't be going back. read more

I've been a repeat customer here for about a year, and the experience I had yesterday prompted me to leave a review because it was just so terrible. The customer service and timeliness has always been lacking, but not terrible and I liked my nails so I kept going. Then yesterday I was kept waiting for my scheduled appointment for almost 30 minutes, and when I made the appointment I specifically said I would be in a bit of a rush but as long as we started on time I would be fine. There was no acknowledgement or apology or even just a "hey we're behind and since you're in a rush you may want to reschedule." I had to make other arrangements to get my sons picked up from school. Luckily I had a family member available, but that very easily could have not been the case. The tech who did my nails was late because she was chatting, not because she was with another client, and during my service she got up several times to chat with other employees or talk on her phone. So disappointed and frustrated. And as a p.s. the radio station they play is just the WORST possible music to have to sit through. read more

The owner of the salon (the bald guy) immediately started yelling at my mother and I as we were trying to figure out what all we wanted to get done. For some reason they all asked if my mother was Latina/Hispanic as if it mattered (it was also in a very discriminatory way). 10/10 do NOT recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. Best pedicure I've ever received! It's new & gorgeous in here with crystal chandeliers, marble tile, great massage chairs, good decor, and the staff is friendly. They have a wood-cover very well done menu of their services and everyone is friendly. They have multiple luxury pedicure options and spend over an hour doing leg/foot massages with oils, lotions, hot towels, scrubs, etc. And they serve wine and drinks. 10/10 experience. read more

It is clean and new the receptionist is a delight but the workers are horrible at pedicures and manicures. Very messy work and they just don't have healthy techniques. Go here at your own risk. I am visiting from out of town and decided to check this place out. I was treating my sis in law that hasn't gotten a pedicure in 5 years. We were told we would be done immediately; she was at least 15 mins into the pedicure before I told someone that I don't have time for my gel French painting. After telling the girl multiple times I have gel on my toes and want gel, and that my sis in law that wants gel, she did not get gel polish and I had to wait for someone else to help me because the one I had didn't know how to take gel off.
