The chairs they have are super comfortable and the massage features are great, it was a bit hard to understand so I just tapped buttons until it worked. I got the basic that's was $35, and it was more care than I expected! The sweetest older lady cut my nails, cleaned my cuticles, and oiled them. Said she was done (cuticles were still hanging...) I told them "there's no way..." I showed him and he instructed her to do more. She did, afterwards she implied she was done, and I told her "this pinky is perfect, I want them all like that. Some nails still have cuticles on them, I just want a basic clean up. That's it. Can we do that?" He said "yes, she can take more." I said ok "I just don't want to walk out and pay for something that looks like I did it at home." To which he responded "ok, so go!! Just go." And literally shooed me away like a dog. I looked at him and said "seriously ?" His response : "yes, go!"
