My wife came in to have her nails done, and I decided to get a pedicure "it's been awhile." They weren't busy, but I heard they can be so call ahead! The chairs they have are super comfortable and the massage features are great, it was a bit hard to understand so I just tapped buttons until it worked. I got the basic that's was $35, and it was more care than I expected! The sweetest older lady cut my nails, cleaned my cuticles, and oiled them. Scraped and moistened my feet and legs as well as gave me a foot massage! The whole thing probably took about 30-40 minutes. It was literally the best pedicure I ever had! All for only $35 The only thing is if you're bothered by the smell of most nail places this one is a bit stronger than most, but other than that the employees take their time, and the prices are great! read more

I called ahead to check for walk-in service and a basic mani. BASIC. Just wanted my cuticles gone and nails cleaned, no color. The lady who was assigned to my chair was sweet but pulling my cuticles hard before clipping them. I asked "May we not pull my skin, just clean & clip with no pulling?" The gentleman pictured translated, and she proceeded to ask me to wash my hands. I did, and she was applying cuticle oil mid-way through the process. Said she was done (cuticles were still hanging...) I told them "there's no way..." I showed him and he instructed her to do more. She did, afterwards she implied she was done, and I told her "this pinky is perfect, I want them all like that. Some nails still have cuticles on them, I just want a basic clean up. That's it. Can we do that?" He said "yes, she can take more." I said ok "I just don't want to walk out and pay for something that looks like I did it at home." To which he responded "ok, so go!! Just go." And literally shooed me away like a dog. I looked at him and said "seriously ?" His response : "yes, go!" I walked out, came back and asked for his name & he responded "I don't want to talk to you, go!" That's when I snapped the picture, grabbed a candy and left. Literally will never go back nor would I ever trust them with acrylics, gel, etc. The TERRIBLE customer service out ranks the mid tier work completed. Natural Nails is horrible. Got the owner, told him through out my service that I didn't like me nails and asked him to please stop and fix it. He told me to "relax" and was beginningto get rude and frustrated with me continually telling him i disnt like it-at the end when I again told him I didn't like them he told me he has never had someone dislike the nails. I ask for them to be foxed or for somwonw wlse to so thwm which the refuses so i soaked them off- but he would not completely remove all of it and had me leave with jacked up nails. He up charged all of my other services (3 pedicures) for almost $300 and would not tell me why the services were so much ( we have a solid coat of polish and I went with two kids) no way it should be almost $300. Just thought I'd share. Would recommend to go anywhere other than here. read more

Never in my 18 years have I ever wrote a review on a business until going to this atrocious nail salon. I spoke up multiple times just to be told no. I could not have my nails done how I wanted. Mind you the nail design was just glitter French tips. After he made me cry because he was telling me I was to difficult he continued to talk shit to my face. He proceeded to say he didn't have time to deal with me when we had appointments. After we told him to just put the top coat on and finish he continued to talk shit for about 5 minutes before starting saying he didn't know what I wanted. I had a picture pulled up and everything. And he said he could do it when I showed him the photo. He let me nails streeky and got Polish all over my fingers. He also gave me gloss when I asked for matte. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

If you're looking for quality work done quickly at an AMAZING price point this is your place. I want to clarify this: some of the previews reviews do not accurately represent this business. The owner Johnny and his wife run it together. They're very kind and funny and speak perfect English as they're Vietnamese Americans, raised in Texas. Johnny is super country and it's awesome. And like any good ole boy, Johnny is not going to take your sh*t. So, if you don't come correct you'll not be coming at all. I just felt the need to add some balance to these reviews. Again, if you're a nice and normal human being you're going to be really happy with this place. If I lived in the US this would be my salon home for sure, and at the price point I would be there once a week. read more

LeeLee did a poor job. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures for over 10 years and this was the first time my polish peeled off less than a week after. She diluted the gel polish! Who does that?!! I asked for an eyebrow wax but was told that they did not offer any waxing services although it was advertised. Although the shop was fairly clean, she didn't sanitize the tools. read more

Peter is AMAIZNG!! He is so professional and if you bring in a picture he usually does better than the picture I brought in! The only downside I would say is that the own deer usually have their kids in the back and one is a baby some sometimes they will have to stop to attend to the kids , but I didn't mind! But if you do mind that would just be a heads up! read more

I'm new to town and came in to the salon with out any expectation cause I know it's a process to find a new salon you like when you move but I came in with two of my team mates who got gel nails while I got dip powder they were extremely fast and I was very impressed by the shape of my nails I get square and even my nail salon back home struggles to makes them a nice square shape not here they were beautiful and glow in the dark tee hee id recommend for a quick mani or color change ! read more

In the past I've gotten my nails done and they weren't bad but this particular experience was awful, they were intially trying to charge me 75 dollars but ended up only charging 50 after i asked many questions to why it would be 75, they told me i picked out the wrong nail polish even though it was from the area THEY told me to pick from but said they'd match the colors, they did a horrible job matching the colors and convinced me the finished product would be what I wanted and it was far far from it. I showed a picture of the two hearts I wanted for the design on one nail (since it would be cheaper) and the younger nail tech refused to keep the picture out while she did them and, shocker, they looked nothing like what I asked for. The man doing my nails the majority of the time complained and was very rude to me and overall the experience was very negative. I'm going to a different nail tech to get them redone today. I have always had a problem with gel polish. Chips immediately. Johnny told me he saw it as a challenge and we tried it. It lasted 2 weeks. He took his time in doing them knew some tricks. It worked. Thank you. Great place to do nails and they care about their customers. read more

This is the worst nail place I have ever been to I made myself an appointment a few earlier, when I walked in I had to wait 10 minutes which is no big deal, the man told me to pick my color which I did and the girl guided me over to where my pedicure chair was waiting. The moment I stuck my foot in the water she asked for one of my feet I asked her do you mind if I soak for a moment please. The man immediately piped up and said you don't need to soak she is on a time schedule, I said, I just stuck my feet and do you mind if I soak for a minute he said no she is on a time schedule, I said well I am a paying customer he was so rude to me and started yelling at me. That I got up and left I would never ever step foot in this place again this is the rudest man I have ever come across. Please do not waste your time or money in this place.
