I come from California, and salon service is quite a different experience, there, compared to Russellville, Arkansas. No shampoo, no wetting, here... just a dry cut. This is just a bit strange to me. I guess it's normal, here, a timesaver, whatever, but my haircut always seems to turn out better when it's washed or at least wet down, first. This salon, like many others, here, operates on bare minimum service, and if you ask for any suggestions, as I have many times, they never seem to have any to offer. It's about the same service I could expect from a walk-in Supercuts style salon. For a day spa style salon, the expectation is greater, and it SHOULD deliver, but it really doesn't.

The facility boasts funky, eclectic decor and is located in a rapidly growing and fun part of town! I had my hair "highlighted" at a salon in another town, and they were orange instead of blonde! Kacey was my stylist. I explained what had happened, and what I wanted done. do not go here! i went to stylist chrysta and she butchered what's left of my hair. they fluffed me…read moreup and acted like they cared so much. and she just sat me down and started chopping away. i agreed on a pic she showed me. but she cut my hair over 7 inches, much much shorter than in the pic. she never wet it or washed it. sat me me down and went at it. i was already distraught and they were so comforting..i trusted her. she styled it quickly with tons of product so when i left i felt cute. so end up with a severely lopsided haircut, but not even blended. looks like two separate hair cuts. when i pulled it back there were several stray super long hairs. i look horrible so as they told me to, i called for help. she said she would chop on it some more and then i asked for refund minus tip...they asked what was "my problem" and hung up on me. as i sat there balling my eyes out. please share. imo they should stick with their elderly clientele, that come in for the same hairdo every week. lie, cheat, steal...great qualities in a salon. -5 stars

If I could leave no stars I would.... Just went to great clips over by Walmart. Worst experience of…read moremy life. My usual lady wasn't there which I didn't want to do in the first place. But I said I'll give it a try..... yeah no either sticking with her only or just will wait. They sat me down in the chair and didn't even spend five minutes on it. She used a 0 and another guard and that was it for the side. Drenched the side in water.... Which I've never had a hair stylist do when going back in with clippers.... Then ran thinning sheers a couple times through it and said we're done. That's just the first part..... then we had gotten a coupon a couple weeks ago for me and one a couple days ago for him in the mail........ I'm already extremely upset but just keeping my cool. She goes to enter the coupons which takes her what seemed like forever and then says one of them have been used........and then says "looks like it's going to be full price". Knowing that I wouldn't have gone in the first place because I'm not the person to go get a service and not have the money..... they were rude asf and didn't even try to help resolve the situation. All the good stylist left and I won't be back here unless I see the one lady I go to there. I could sit here and wish hateful things on them and cusss, this that and the other. But karma my girl and it's not about if but when. Have whatever day you deserve ladies.
