My toes right before i left

If i could give this place less than one star i would. I came in here today with my mom to get 2 pedicures. At this nail salon, there are only 2 girls who paint nails, the older man & older woman do the other parts needed for a pedicure. Today i had the older man. This man picked off my gel polish, when usually they grind them off or soak then grind them off. I went through the service just trying not to fret, but you can see where he peeled the polish off my nail. He proceeds with the rest of the service & acts like he has never touched feet in his life. When i asked if he could please grind my toes he refused, so i said i would ask another employee. When i threatened to ask someone else then he wanted to do it, but i did not want him to continue my service with such poor quality. When someone came to literally just paint my nails, my feet had been sitting in cold water for over an hour & i was over it. I left without them finishing the service. They did not apologize, they did absolutely horrible. This is not my first time being there, nor my first bad pedicure (when polish comes into play) from them, but this is the worst experience i have EVER had through any nail salon. I will never be back. Took this picture right before i left, after my feet had been sitting for over an hour in cold water & you can see the line of my grown nail, & the lighter part where the polish was peeled off. *Edit to add what my toes look like dry, you can see where he ripped the gel polish off*

Definitely not coffin nails at all...and very thick

Well I wouldn't exactly call them elegant nails they don't do clear nails, and it's a lot of services that they don't provide as far as nails are concerned and they don't do anything the way that you want them to do them even with examples in pictures... and I don't know if they really understand what you are saying...nice ladies but i didn't get anything i wanted and was charged $55...it was my first time there and my last time...i hate that too cause it's close to my house but they don't do really good nails at all...but it may have just been the lady i had and that sucks...cause that's A LOT of money for ugly nails i swear lol ‍

This is an $80 set of nails done on my 13 year old daughter yesterday. Such a poor job. The nails are not the same length and poor paint job

I took my 13 year old daughter in on yesterday to get a set removed, and a new set. The total service was $80, which was surprising since I went to this same salon and same nail tech two weeks ago got the exact same thing plus designs and my total was $75. The tech claimed my daughter's nails were long, however our nails are the same length. Poor shaping, all of the nails aren't the same length, and the polish job is horrible. We will not return.

Bday & Vday present to myself! I chose this shop bc they had good reviews and bc my nail lady I've gone to since highschool had moved away. Place was clean. No waiting. Many styles to choose from. Anna was amazing. We had a very entertaining conversation and it seemed like she had my nails done in a flash! Found out a few acquaintances of mine get their nails done here as well. The shop wasn't busy when I went- 2 days before Valentine's Day. $45 for my Solar Nails. Will be back for sure!

A Manicure and Deluxe Pedicure perfectly executed.

Treated my daughter-in-law to a manicure and a deluxe pedicure to celebrate the birth of her 3rd son. Impressed with the cleanliness and the interior design elements of the salon. The staff was very friendly. We both were very happy with our nails. Definitely will return.

    Dipping powder!

Would give zero stars if possible. OWNERS ARE NOW DELETING REVIEWS THAT AREN'T THEIR PAID HIGH…read moreREVIEWS. My manicure began poorly with the distracted nail tech cutting off all my nails after I'd just answered that I did not want them cut. Then followed painful cutting into nail beds, cuticles & nails with nippers & excessive sawing with electric drill/file. I did not have tips/fake nails/acrylic - this was to be just a traditional manicure with gel polish. When I expressed discomfort, the lady sighed in frustration, paused a couple seconds, then went back to it. I purposefully tried zoning out after that, just staring out the window or at the dusty & food -covered station next to us that appeared to be being used as a desk. Another red flag: noticing that the light being used to cure the polish was excessivelv burning, to the point I was pulling my hands back out for a bit when she put the lamp on them. My daughter wanted acrylic tips, showed a pic to the assigned nail tech; they discussed the nail shape, length & pretty basic nail art which the young lady assured her was no problem - her requests were then also ignored while the tech complained incessantly about family. Her nail beds & cuticles were also aggressively mangled, excessive acrylic product left on nails, leaving them too "high" & nail polish result not what was requested. There were several instances that we tried to halt or question unsuccessfully. I held up my newly polished fingers to show the nail tech that several of mine had humps/lumps/ mounds at the end at about a 15 degree rise but was seriously told repeatedly that "that's how my nails grow"?! When my daughter tried to stop her polish application that wasn't what was agreed on or discussed, she was told that would require starting over & would be an additional $40 on top of the $110 we weren't aware was being charged. When I was done, I stepped out to my car to take a call, leaving my card with daughter to pay. We were almost home before I looked at the receipt & discovered I'd been charged $160. That was for a basic manicure w/ gel polish & new acrylic nail tips with nail "art". I was not happy but chalked it up to a bad visit & knew we wouldn't be going back. The breaking point & reason for me leaving this negative review (& pursuing the issues with the state health & Cosmetology boards) was when our nails/polish started hurting, like an ache - more so on mine with their odd lumps at the end. We were able to get in quickly with another salon & they began the repair process. My daughter's polish was removed & the excessive thickness filed down - we know now that nail pain was because of the damaging pressure being put on the nail bed, permanently weakening the nail bed if left untended. Since the original nail tech gave daughter pointy/stabby shaped nails vs the almond shape requested, that had to be filed down, resulting in much shorter nails than desired. As my gel polish was being removed, we discovered "something" on a few of the weird lumpy nails: it looked like either acrylic had been applied OR some of my just-cut-off nails had landed there & then been painted over? Still not positive (see pix) but know that too-thick gel polish application + unstable nail lamp can cause burning because of over-curing. That can lead to onycholysis, where the nail bed separates from nail plate. It could have also been friction-burn from the heavy-handed filing/ sawing. Unsure. but when the salon refuses to make amends by issuing a refund (I didn't ask for the additional $100+ I'm out for repairing their massive fails), they'll obviously continue this route which is unsafe, unsanitary & just wrong? Here we are. Inexperienced technician * Painful experience * Gel nails * Dirty salon * Messy results * Unfriendly atmosphere * Rushed service * Inconsistent results
