When I arrived I was quickly moved to a seat. I was given a menu and made a choice. The woman told me I would have to add the $5 wax dip which I didn't want. Then she said I really needed the $60 one and I insisted I did not. She said again that I needed it and I politely declined. Then I started to check the color choices and she said "I'm going to do gel" and I said no thank you, I don't like how gel feels on feet. She proceeded to insist and i had to be a bit firm but I was still polite. When she started the pedicure I asked her to not use the "cheese grater" and next thing I knew she was using it. My nails were also trimmed too short and I didn't ask them to be trimmed at all (at other salons I'm used to being asked so that one could be on me). After refusing all the add ons she offered, I almost felt like it was used against me and the rest of the pedicure was simply sub par. The massage was next to nothing which was super disappointing I will not be returning to this salon and would not recommend it to anyone. I feel like today was a waste of my money. The picture I've attached was after the massage There was so much lotion left on my feet. It was MAYBE one minute per leg.

SNS DIP 1 day old.

New to the area. I went here to get a SNS dip manicure. Not even 24 hours later, one of my nail chipped and one came off. The next day majority of my nails started lifting. I have never had this happen before. The aesthetics and the free glass of wine was a nice touch but the quality of work is terrible (for SNS dip). I would not recommend.

I have been going here for years and I have never had bad service like I did yesterday. The lady that did my pedicure for one cut the side of my foot. Before that, she made fun of the callus and laughed. She also said something about my big toenail on my left foot, that it dipped a little. She laughed then as well. She said all these things loudly, many people looked over. I felt embarrassed and humiliated when I should have left relaxed and pampered. I still tipped just cause I'm not a bad person. I should have confronted her then but I'm not good with confrontation. I will not be going there anymore.

Got simple dip nails. I don't normally get my nails done but I knew I probably needed one or two tips to even out with the rest of my nails. So I get four tips and after she's done, the nails without tip didn't match the shape of the nails with a tip. And she didn't bother to say or do anything about it. Lastly, I felt as if I was being rushed in how fast she was working on my nails, therefore I didn't bring it up.

Prices

Painful experience, messy results, and I didn't receive the full service for the $90 Lr premium pedicure. If I could do negative 5 stars I would. I paid for the premium pedicure because it includes 1 bottle of wine. I was in with a friend and because we knew each other (their words not mine) they were not going to give me my bottle, but still charged me the same price. The male who did my pedicure cut my toe more than once, he was rough, rude and was rushing. I will never go to this nail salon again and will not ever refer anyone to this nail salon.

Love the atmosphere but some of the people who work there are NOT friendly. Depends on the day you go and who you get.

This place was alright. I just wish they shaped my nails a little more. No pics to show. I'll come back and try a pedicure next time.

Do not waste your money. They're rude, unorganized, and provide low quality work. Will not be returning.

My manicure began poorly with the distracted nail tech cutting off all my nails after I'd just answered that I did not want them cut. Then followed painful cutting into nail beds, cuticles & nails with nippers & excessive sawing with electric drill/file. I did not have tips/fake nails/acrylic - this was to be just a traditional manicure with gel polish. When I expressed discomfort, the lady sighed in frustration, paused a couple seconds, then went back to it. I purposefully tried zoning out after that, just staring out the window or at the dusty & food -covered station next to us that appeared to be being used as a desk. Another red flag: noticing that the light being used to cure the polish was excessivelv burning, to the point I was pulling my hands back out for a bit when she put the lamp on them. My daughter wanted acrylic tips, showed a pic to the assigned nail tech; they discussed the nail shape, length & pretty basic nail art which the young lady assured her was no problem - her requests were then also ignored while the tech complained incessantly about family. Her nail beds & cuticles were also aggressively mangled, excessive acrylic product left on nails, leaving them too "high" & nail polish result not what was requested. There were several instances that we tried to halt or question unsuccessfully. I held up my newly polished fingers to show the nail tech that several of mine had humps/lumps/ mounds at the end at about a 15 degree rise but was seriously told repeatedly that "that's how my nails grow"?! When my daughter tried to stop her polish application that wasn't what was agreed on or discussed, she was told that would require starting over & would be an additional $40 on top of the $110 we weren't aware was being charged. When I was done, I stepped out to my car to take a call, leaving my card with daughter to pay. We were almost home before I looked at the receipt & discovered I'd been charged $160. That was for a basic manicure w/ gel polish & new acrylic nail tips with nail "art". I was not happy but chalked it up to a bad visit & knew we wouldn't be going back. The breaking point & reason for me leaving this negative review (& pursuing the issues with the state health & Cosmetology boards) was when our nails/polish started hurting, like an ache - more so on mine with their odd lumps at the end. We were able to get in quickly with another salon & they began the repair process. My daughter's polish was removed & the excessive thickness filed down - we know now that nail pain was because of the damaging pressure being put on the nail bed, permanently weakening the nail bed if left untended. Since the original nail tech gave daughter pointy/stabby shaped nails vs the almond shape requested, that had to be filed down, resulting in much shorter nails than desired. As my gel polish was being removed, we discovered "something" on a few of the weird lumpy nails: it looked like either acrylic had been applied OR some of my just-cut-off nails had landed there & then been painted over? Still not positive (see pix) but know that too-thick gel polish application + unstable nail lamp can cause burning because of over-curing. That can lead to onycholysis, where the nail bed separates from nail plate. It could have also been friction-burn from the heavy-handed filing/ sawing. Unsure. but when the salon refuses to make amends by issuing a refund (I didn't ask for the additional $100+ I'm out for repairing their massive fails), they'll obviously continue this route which is unsafe, unsanitary & just wrong? Here we are. Inexperienced technician * Painful experience * Gel nails * Dirty salon * Messy results * Unfriendly atmosphere * Rushed service * Inconsistent results
