Typically, nail techs check in throughout the service to make sure you're happy with the shape, length, and overall look. That didn't happen here. I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed.

I have been seeing Tracy for the past 7-8 years, and her mom has always worked there as well. They are both incredibly sweet, kind, and hardworking. The way Ken, the owner, speaks to them is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Patrick should have never sold his company to Ken. Because of this mistreatment, Tracy and her mom are no longer there. They have been there for years. Her mom way before I started going there years ago. They are now at Elegant Nails on Chenal, and I highly recommend supporting them there for lashes, nails, and all beauty services.
