I have been going to Kathy since I was pregnant with my daughter when she worked at a different salon. That was 8 years ago (will be 9 at the end of the month). Kathy does AMAZING nail work!! My Mother hijacked my favorite nail tech and now gets her nails done by Kathy once a month. Shellac Glitter Red #25 Now it's a Grandmother-Mother-Daughter thing! We LOVE ProNails. Bevin is super nice too! I decided to give this salon another try. It was my third time. I got the same lady each time. I typically always do gel. Very simple. It's never right...I don't understand. My fingers legitimately hurt right now because of how she filed my nails allllll the way down to the meat. She talked me into doing 'dip' this time- still did not cover my entire nail. So the sides of my nails are raw and bare and the centers of my nails are extremely chunky. Yeah...idk about this place. She acted as if she was in a rush although I was the only person in the salon. The first time I went to salon a few months ago I received great service. I got a gel pedicure. The individual did a great job took their time and the pedicure lasted several weeks. The next time I had the same experience. The third time was not the charm. The person rushed and didn't properly apply the gel polish and within four days all the polish had come off three toes by peeling off in one piece/layer. I didn't bother going back because I wasn't wearing a lot of open toe shoes so I decided not to worry about it. My fourth visit I had the same experience as the last. The pedicure was rushed and I even asked about the callous treatment because they were in such a hurry (not sure why because the business only has zero to two customers anytime I've visited) it seems it wasn't done. The nail tech became defensive and claimed I didn't have a lot of callouses and didn't need the treatment this didn't account for the individual rushing through the massage as well. Just like the last pedicure the gel polish peeled off several toes within three days. Gel polish should last a minimum of two weeks. This polish was peeling off in less than one week. This time I returned to ask if they could reapply the polish. The person at the front tried to tell me they only guaranteed the gel polish for one or two days. Then I asked what is the purpose of paying for a gel pedicure that they can one guarantee for one day? Isn't that the same as a regular pedicure? The business refused to stand by their service and product for a return customer. They were rude and acted like I was trying to get a free pedicure. I left went down the street and paid for a fresh gel pedicure. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY! read more

My shape is perfect. My nails aren't thick, they look as natural as a fake nail can look, and she has a pretty good personality (even at the very end of the day). I sorta gave up on finding a nail salon in Little Rock. I travel for work constantly, so I just figured I'd get them done as I travel. However, Pro Nails proved me wrong. I decided to give them a shot since the price was amazing ($35 for dip including removal ), and I was not let down. This is the smoothest, cleanest looking dip powder I've ever had. Both of the technicians that have done my nails have been incredibly nice, and one even stayed 45 minutes past closing to not only finish my manicure, but also to correct a problem with one of my nails. I went on a Monday Afternoon, two workers were being rude to me as soon as I came in they were trying to lecture me on what each product was when I have previous experience in this industry. I had my daughter do her nails and after 1hr of her sitting down I went to check on her nails , her nails were half painted and they didn't trim them. I went to tell one of the workers and she got mad and said it is painted when it wasn't done. Later on after me being at the Salon for 2 hours, another customer came in and they were greeting them as soon as they came in, they were being nice to them and they were helping them out. read more

I'm new to the area and found this place on Yelp...WOW! I am beyond impressed by how friendly everyone was and how SUPER clean and cute the salon is. It was very quiet when I went on a Wednesday evening, the somewhat hidden location might do the place a disservice from getting a lot of walk-in foot traffic. Well..initially I was happy. The first service was awesome. We came back two weeks later, I noticed my nails were kind of bulky and the polish job wasn't that great. Within two or three days after my fill two nails broke. I went back that Friday before heading out of town and had them repaired, even though I didn't think I did anything to break them. Got a gel polish cage and designs on two fingers $65. Saturday evening I scratch my leg and a tip pops off. Not the whole nail. By Tuesday I was missing three tips. One when I woke up later found it in the bed. The third one when I scratched my stomach. After spending close to $200 (two pedicures, two fills, two gel polish and designs) I feel they should have lasted until my two weeks. Then to experience the same thing after spending another $65 I was sorely disappointed. It also took me over two hours to remove the nails bc the acrylic was so thick. Also the jewels started falling off the same day. Save your money. read more

This is a pretty good nail place--it's comparable to many in LIttle Rock . Pleasant service, nice pedicures, reasonable prices. Granted, I don't want anything more than a pedicure when I go there, so I cannot speak to the quality of the other services, but I've been pleased with my pedicures.
