Queens nails. I went in on 6-29-2026 for a fill and pedicure. They had a new young lady take care of me. It was the worst experience. The water was cold she cut my nails so short to wear they hurt! Young lady cut me twice had to use Neosporin on the cuts. Feet still hurt NOW! She told me her story.So I decided to give her a chance. (BIG MISTAKE)My nails are very thick and one is crooked! They charged me 110$ for a mess of job that I have to go somewhere else and have them fix the mess of job . I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO QUEEN NAILS AGAIN!! The young lady knew she didn't do a good job and cut me twice and my nails were a mess! She got to front and ack like she was lost and didn't know what was going on that when I got upset! If I end up having to go to doctor over my foot they will be hearing from US! OVER TWO HOURS!! read more

Writing this review pains me as I've been coming here for over three years and my nails are always done beautifully. However, I came here a couple weeks ago for a full set and they drilled way too deep in my nail bed, now all of my fingers are sore and inflamed. I'll never come back. read more

Today was my first time to try Queen's Nails. I walked in at 6 pm without an appointment, and I was greeted immediately and had no wait time. Ms. Ann listened, understood, and created the exact look I wanted. I've been a lifelong nail-biter until 2 months ago. My natural nails are soft and fragile, so I wanted the dip powder to help keep them from breaking or snagging. I wanted the brightest white with iridescent sparkles, which Ms. Ann achieved by using 2 dip powders: French White on the bottom and color 163 on the top. PERFECT color, length, strength, shape, and excellent service. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will be a repeat customer! read more

I have received a mani/pedi twice now from Queen's nails in 11/22 and 12/22. Both times were excellent! The owner, Kim, is amazing! My nail techs, Lynn and Linda, took wonderful care of my hands and feet! I did have a little glitch with the color selection on my first visit as I may have said the wrong color number. I typically go for a light color but what I got was a holiday red! It turned out beautifully even though I wouldn't have chosen it. I got so many compliments on the dip color that I may have learned that it's good to break out of mold and try something new! I highly recommend this business!! read more

Absolutely love the dip powder manicures I get here! I have tried many many many places in Little Rock. I work in the car business and have a baby and extremely aggressive, wild dogs. I am VERY hard on my nails. I get 3-5 weeks of life out of my dip powder here! It's amazing! I always call before I go, and they always get me in when I want to come. I'm very happy with the service. Absolutely terrible service. Complete rush job. I got a gel manicure and the finished result is super messy. Total waste of money! The lady was filing so hard on my nails and skin that I was in pain. I was in the salon for about 20 minutes including picking a color and paying- that is how much the lady was rushing. And I had an appointment! I am really upset with my experience. read more

I visited Queen's Nails earlier this year in late February 2021. This was my first and only pedicure since spring 2018, and my nails were perfectly beautiful and healthy before my visit to Queen's Nails on N. Rodney Parham in Little Rock. I now have a FUNGAL INFECTION in my big toe. I will NEVER RETURN to Queen's Nails for anything. I have posted a picture of my toe. I have cut and filed down the toenail so medicine can get to it, but you can clearly see that I have a FUNGAL INFECTION. read more

They are awesome. My name is David and I never dreamed of getting a pedicure! Between my mom and my girlfriend I was bullied into getting one. I have neuropathy in both feet and they are extremely sensitive making it difficult to do my feet. They are very thorough and painless. First time visit to Queen Nails. The employees were pleasant. The work stations and shop, overall were clean. Gloves were worn by those employees doing pedicures. Masks were worn by employees sanding acrylic nails. I came in for an acrylic nail fill which I have done everyother week for the last sixteen years.. Unfortunately, I am not impressed. The acrylic was applied to the top of the nail leaving the sides thinner. The underside of the nail should be sanded down so that there is no space/lifting of the acrylic and real nail. After getting home, I had to use nail glue to fill in the gaps, to prevent water and dirt from getting btwn the acrylic and real nail. Sorry to say I will not taking my business back to this shop. read more

I love Queen's nails! My mom and I have been coming here for years. The staff is so pleasant, the salon is clean, and they offer a lot of services. I've never had any issues with my manicures not lasting. I know my mom has chipped a nail and they will fix it at no charge if she goes back in. Love them and I always ask my mom to book me an appointment for a mani pedi when I'm home. read more

Tried this place for the first time. People were very friendly. Had the shellac manicure .....it lasted one week! Both thumbs chipped. I usually can get a month out of a shellac just showing new growth . Won't go back . read more
