Nail salon is trash. The gentlemen in this unprofessional establishment really treated me as a rushed and untimely client. I came in as a walk in and the place was empty. When I stated what I wanted, he went on about what I should get. Instead of getting the service he recommended he gave me what I wanted with an attitude and tacky service. I truly hope that people read this. It is Easter Sunday and I do realize it. Multiple nail salons are closed. I called ahead in Salon to ask if they were open and they said yes. So I drove out of my way to go to the salon and they had people in every single chair and they were busy. I very politely said that I just needed a fill and I had a lunch to be at within an hour and should I come back. I said this keeping the employees in mind and because of the holiday and didn't want to disturb their holiday plans. I had to make a phone call to try to push back a dinner reservation and went outside to make that phone call. When I came back in everyone in there acted as though I was a nuisance and annoying them. I have 80 HD and I just left a church service and was just looking to get my nails done. I was attacked by a female that just finished getting a pedicure while I was outside on the phone with my father, who told me, I was not a Christian and stared me down and made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to leave. I'm not sure what type of mental problems she might be going through but it was absolutely bizarre and I will never ever go back to this place. They did not welcome me, but not only that they let a customer come outside and attacked me and tell me that I was in attention seeking whore, and that I was a fake Christian because I said a curse word on the phone when she was listening in on the conversation of mine. The weirdest part was she came out and just stared at me and I was pacing on the phone with my father, and she just kept staring and I asked her if I did something to offend her and she let me up for absolutely no reason she was 24 years old. I am 41 years old and I must say it is really shameful the way our younger generation treats people of any age. They have no respect and there's quite frankly don't care about anyone. While at the nail salon, I even said if you guys are closing, I won't come back or I can push my reservation back. I did nothing but they kind things and try to help and I got attacked. I will say I was looking forward to it because I read good reviews, but the fact of the matter is they didn't care thing about me nor to reschedule or tell me to come back tomorrow quite simple. I'm sure they do a great job, but to be harassed at a nail salon that you've us from before and for everyone in there to watch a mentally altered person do that to you. It's absolutely bizarre and poor business in my personal opinion it was obvious the girl that attacked me had a problem with me and judge me from a far but she was Christian because you know, she knew better than me and chose after attacking me to stand in the middle of the parking lot and talk to herself and told me she was talking to God and to stop messing with her. Absolutely bizarre will never go back... Thank you Arkansas again for showing me why I want to leave the state because y'all are from Barrie, close minded and undiversified people and you need to open your brains and learn something new... For years, I had a problem with salons starting to get a little bit too comfortable that you have become their regular, and it seems that their level of service would gradually worsen...I refer to it as "they've hooked you and left you to flounder on the line". I'm so happy to say that this has NOT been my experience here...this quiet, unassuming shop is full of hard working individuals who try their best consistently. Cindy owns the shop and she works SO hard and expects the same of her staff. Granted, there are 1-2 workers who don't reach the same height of excellence but I just ask for my favorites/and that would be Cindy! I have gone to Top Nail for many years because I get great service there. I tried many nail salons until I found Top Nail. The other salons were okay but certainly not on a consistent basis. The manicurists at Top Nail always give me a good manicure or pedicure, and make sure all customers are pleased with their work as well. You will enjoy their friendliness too. I was expecting more from this place, and I left disappointed to never return again. While the customer service was decent, the service they provided was okay at best. I went in wanting a pedicure. My nails were not trimmed and the dead skin on my feet were not scrubbed off enough even when I pointed it out. The pedicure didn't even last that long; a waste of $30 in my opinion. Additionally, the products they use totally suck. She literally used bath and body works products. Like that helped my skin at all... I will definitely take my business elsewhere. read more

Never returning after today. Customer service was horrible after I asked that my finger nails be re-done. Didn't care about the price, just wanted to be satisfied. Worked in the service industry for years before becoming a nurse, so I make it a point to go above and beyond to be kind and respectful (and of course tip well). Got the dip powder and left unhappy with the result. Especially after asking for a full manicure which seemed to have slipped the manicurist's mind once more customers started to trickle in. Left for another appointment, came back and asked the dip powder either be filed down and re-shaped or just taken off completely and a tip added with schellac (sp*) be done instead. The one man who is usually so kind and funny rudely began to question me on what I wanted. One manicurist even agreed that the dip powder job looked bulky and not good on me. The man ended up doing my nails. He was short, condescending, and a bit aggressive with my nails. The situation was uncomfortable, and I was tempted to just say forget it, and walk out. The tension was so thick, that other customers could cut it with a knife. After being charged 65 for pedi and dip powder + 20% tip (no actual manicure like I asked for when I walked in the door), I was charged an additional 30 dollars for the re-do (that was good, however the attitude, disrespect, and rudeness I could have done without) + 20% tip. I don't think I've ever experienced anything like that, and it was definitely unwarranted. Like I said before, won't be returning after this. read more
